CASE  OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY AND  UNLAWFUL  ASSEMBLY

1        Case   FIR No.  30/08/16 U/S  341, 143 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat  by  ASI Trilok  Chand  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat that on 30/08/16  at about 11:15 AM when he  alongwith other police officials were present at Govt. Degree College Sarkaghat, in the mean time  some unknown  boys obstructed the road  from  11:15 to  11:45 AM .  ASI  Trikok Chand   I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat  is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2        Case FIR No.  30/08/16  dated  30/08/16  U/S  451,  506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Balbir  S/O Sh. Sher Singh  R/O  Salog  PO  Gehara Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that   he is  working as a salesman in a  wineshop. On  29/08/16  when he was present in  wine shop, in the mean time   Ramesh Chand S/O Kali Dass  &  Tarsem Singh S/O Sh. Roop Lal both are the resident of  Village Gehara  Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) entered in    wine shop     and threatened  him with dire consequences.  SI Manmohan Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

SUICIDE BY HANGING

       3. A girl resident of VPO Patrighat Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi who  was studying in B.Sc. 3^rd semester in Vallabh Govt. Post Graduate College Mandi and she was residing in girls hostel of said college  where she committed suicide by hanging from the top of ceiling fan with the help of her dupta.   Postmortem of the dead body of the deceased carried out at Z.H. Mandi and dead body of the  deceased handed over to her relatives for  final ritual.

4.    195  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs.21,300 /- was recovered and 9 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
