CASE OF GAMBLING ACT

 

1         Case FIR No. 110/16 dated 07/08/16 U/S  13 of  Gambling Act  has  been  registered in  P.S.  Karsog by  SI Sunil  Kumar SHO of P.S. Karsog  that on 07/08/16  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  at  Sanarli and during the course of  patrolling he recovered  Rs 3000/- alongwith  playing  card  from the possession of  three persons namely  Padam Singh  S/O Sh. Shiv  Dayal VPO  Janjehli Tehsil Thunag  District Mandi (HP),  Ram Dass  S/O Sh. Jashi Ram  R/O  Katlog PO  Chauri Dhar   Tehsil Karsog  District Mandi&  Bahadur Singh  S/O Sh. Daljeet R/O  Sanarli PO  Bhanythal Tehsil  Karsog  District Mandi (HP) SI  Sunil  Kumar  SHO of   P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

 

 

2          Case  FIR No. 90/16 dated 07/08/16  U/S  323, 324  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut on the  complaint of Smt. Kanta Devi  W/O Sh. Bhole Ram R/O Sansoi PO  Panarsa  District Mandi (HP)  that on 07/08/16     Kesari  Devi  resident of  the same locality  beat her up and she sustained injuries.  ASI  Hari Singh  I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

CASE  OF PUBLIC  SAFETY

 

3          Case FIR No. 109/16 dated 07/08/16  U/S  289 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Het Ram  S/O Sh. Shauja Ram  R/O  Dalo PO  Kandhi Sapnot Tehsil  Karsog  District Mandi (HP) that on 04/08/16  he was  going to his home  and  reached near  Behli, in the mean time  a  pet  dog of      Parkash Chand  S/O Sh. Radha Krishan VPO  Sapnot Tehsil Karsog Distict Mandi (HP)  came there  and bite  him  and he sustained  injuries.  HC  Tej  Singh  No. 55  I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

4          Case FIR No. 206/16 dated 08/08/16  U/S  341,  323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Vimal Kumar Sharma S/O Sh. Paras Ram Sharma R/O  Plot  No. 07 H.B.  Colony  Sanyahrdi Mandi   that  today  Madan Lal  obstructed  his way  beat him up   and also threatened him with dire consequences.  ASI  Ram  Prakash I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi  is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

5          Case FIR No. 206/16 dated 08/08/16 U/S 341, 323, 504  IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Smt.  Khimi  Devi W/O  Late. Sh. Sai R/O  VPO  Behna Tehsil Balh District  Mandi (HP) that on 07/08/16  she was  going  to her home , in the  mean time  Bahadur Singh  R/O  Behan District Mandi (HP)  obstructed  her way and   beat her up and she sustained injuries.  HC  Pawan Kumar  No.  919 I.O. of P.S.  Balh is investigating the case.

 

 

 

CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

 

6          Case FIR No. 133/16 dated 08/08/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Sh.  Sanjeev  Kumar  S/O Late. Sh.  Dhani Ram  R/O  Draman PO  Golwa Tehsil  Jogindernagar District Mandi  (HP) that   today  he was   going    to Syun  by his  Jeep, in the mean time  a Motor Cycle  rider  namely Rider Sudhansu Prasar S/O Sh. Mahender Singh R/O Vill. Mathaharu PO Basona Tehsil  Jogindernagar  District Mandi(HP)  came rashly and negligently  from  Baijnath side and  collided  with a tree  alongside the road  and sustained injuries.  HC Mangat Ram No. 898 I.O. of PP  Lad- Bharol  is investigating the  case.

7            138   Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 21,900/- was recovered and  15 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1500  /- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
