ARREST OF ACCUSED

1.      In a major breakthrough, team of Mandi Police headed by Sh. Hitesh Lakahnpal, Dy.S.P. (Hqrs), Distt. Mandi & Inspr. Chand Kishore, SHO P.S. Gohar succeeded to work-out the case of murder registered in P.S. Gohar vide FIR No. 132/16 dated 27/08/2016 U/S 302,34 IPC. Accused Nirmal Singh @ Ninji S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Vill. Pattan PO Bagachanogi Tehsil Thunag District Mandi (HP) aged 19 years old and accused Subhash Sharma S/O Sh. Besh Ram R/O Vill. Kadah Ropa PO Bagachanogi Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) aged 18 years old have been   in case FIR No. 132/16 dated 27/08/2016 U/S 302, 34 IPC of P.S. Gohar. These both accused   produced today before the Ld. Court of JMIC Gohar from where 5 days police remand has been awarded by the Ld. JMIC Gohar.

Postmortem of the dead body of deceased has been carried out in Z.H. Mandi by the team of doctors and thereafter body of the deceased handed over to her relatives for final ritual.  

 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS

2.      Case FIR No. 133/16 dated 28/08/2016 U/S 451,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Teki Devi W/O Sh. Devi Singh R/O Vill. Jout PO Bara Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/08/2016 Dola Ram S/O Sh. Kirpa Ram R/O Vill. Khuhan PO Bara Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) entered in her house and beat her up and also threatened to her with dire consequences. ASI Roop Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION & UNDER PREVENTION OF DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY ACT

3.      Case FIR No. 78/16 dated 28/08/2016 U/S 342,504,506,34 IPC and U/S 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh. Badari Dass R/O Vill. Bardana PO Sidhpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) at present posted as HHG in P.S. Dharampur that on 27/08/2016 at about 11 PM he along with HHG Manoj Kumar were present at HP PWD Rest House Sudhar, in the mean time 2 boys namely Jugat Ram and Mede Ram came there, closed the  door  of  the room  in which they were staying, abused them and also broke the glasses window of said HP PWD Rest House.  ASI Jogider Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND MISCHIEF

4.      Case FIR No. 222/16 dated U/S 341,323,427,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Singh R/O VPO Dhawal Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. MAndi (HP) that on 26/08/2016 at about 9.30 PM Pappu and his friends stopped  his car and broke the mirror  of his car and also beat him up. HC Tek Chand No. 902 I.O. of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

5.      229  challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of  Rs. 30,100/-   was  recovered  and  11 challans   were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1100/-   was   recovered  during last 24 hours.
