CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR No. 203/16 dated  04/08/16 U/S   341,  323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Manisha Kumari W/O Sh. Naresh Kumar  R/O  Badiyah PO  Bhagnrotu Tehsil Balh  District Mandi (HP)  that on 03/08/16  she   alongwith  her  husband were  going to  field, in the mean time  Gowardhan   resident of  the same locality  came  alongwith his wife and  beat her up and she sustained injuries.  ASI  Rajinder Singh  I.O. of P.S.  Balh is investigating  the case.

CASE OF OBSCENE  ACT

2          Case FIR No.  223 /16 dated 05/08/16  U/S 294, 509 IPC   has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of   a lady  R/O  Jhadiar  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distirct Mandi (HP) that  when she was working in her field, in the mean time  an employee  of  Animal Husbandry  Deptt. namely  Rajkumar  S/O Sh. Amar  Singh  R/O  Karyal  P.O Cholthra started  to sing the song in  slang language . HC  Chaman Lal No. 28   I.O. of   P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF SC & ST (PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES) ACT

3          Case FIR No.  87/16 dated 05/08/16 U/S 3(X)(V)   SC & ST ( Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint  Smt.  Shanta  Devi  W/O Sh. Sh.  Devi   Ram   R/O Ukhli Dhar  PO  Ghanyara Sub-Tehsil Balichowki District Mandi (HP)  that  on  27/07/16   during the demarcation of  disputed  land  Dalip  Singh Patwari  &  Khurshi Ram  called her  by  caste  and  also  abusing her.  ASI  Mohar  Singh  is investigating the case.

4          Case FIR No. 196/16 dated 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Arun Chaudhary S/O Sh. Mast  Ram R/O   Bharjwanu that on 04/08/16  when he was  going  by   alongwith his  wife  by Car  to  their home  and  when they reached near  Thathar, in the  mean time a unknown person  obstructed their way  and beat  them up.  ASI  Sharwan  Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the  case.

5         Case FIR No. 197/16 dated 05/08/16 U/S 341,  504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Nitin  Kumar S/O Sh. Hukam Chand R/O  Thathar PO  Chatrokhari Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that  on  05/08/16  Arun  Kumar  came by his car  and obstructed his way and beat him up and  also threatened him with dire consequences.  SI  Manmohan Singh  I. O. of  P.S.  Sundernagar is investigating the case.

6          194   Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 32,100/- was recovered and  6 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 600  /- was recovered  and  5 challans were  issued  under  Mining Act  and  fine of Rs. 14,200  was  recovered  during last 24 hours.
