CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1 FIR No.211/16 dated 09.08.16 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Kamlesh Kumar S/O Sh. Ami Chand Sharma R/O Hawani Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 09-08-2016 at about 5.00 pm one Alto car no. HP-35-0793,which was driven by Kasmir Singh S/O Sh. Khem Chand R/O Chadi PO Rewalsar District. Mandi came rashly from Durgapur towards Rewalsar, carrying about 06 persons including driver, while the car reached at Hawani Galu near Rewalsar in the meantime the driver of vehicle lost control upon the vehicle and car rolled down from road about 150 meters. deep. As a result of which, all passengers sustained injuries. SHO PS Balh and I/C PP Rewalsar along with staff rushed to the spot and start rescue operation. Dy.SP Sh. Anil Dhaulta SDPO Padhar also visited the spot and supervise the rescue operation. All the injured person were brought to PHC Rewalsar where MO and paramedical staff were found absent, due to which all the injured brought to Zonal Hospital Mandi. At Zonal Hospital Mandi one lady Smt. Sumana Devi W/O Sh. Chhater Pal R/O Village Gadwahan PO Sarkidhar Tehsil Balh District Mandi aged 34 years declared brought dead by M.O. ZH Mandi and other 05 persons are under treatment at ZH Mandi. HC Deep Chand No. 910 I/O PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.
On this at 05.30 pm about 120/130 local people gathered at CHC Chowk Rewalsar and alleged that hospital was locked and nobody was present at CHC Rewalsar to attend the injured persons. They demanded for Suspension of all staff of CHC Rewalsar. On the arrival of CMO and SDM Mandi all went to CHC campus Rewalsar. After assurance of CMO and SDM Mandi to post four Medical Officer at CHC Rewalsar by tomorrow, to transfer all paramedical staff and suspension of duty MO. Police took prompt action and controlled the situation & all the people dispersed peacefully at 9pm. CMO Mandi also filed a online complaint at P.S. Balh under Sec-3 of PDPP (Prevention of Damage to Public Property ) Act against the Mob gathered there who broke windowpanes at CHC Relwalsar
CASE OF ( PREVENTION OF DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY) ACT
2 Case FIR No. 212/16 dated 10/08/16 U/S 3 of PDPP (Prevention of Damage to Public Property ) Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Dr. D.R. Sharma presently CMO Zonal Hospital Mandi (HP) that on 09/08/16 many people gathered near CHC Rewalsar and damaged the windowpanes & lock of main entrance gate of CHC Rewalsar . ASI Bodh Raj I/C of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case. The SHO P.S. Balh has been given strict direction to arrest the miscreants immediately and nobody should be allowed to take law into their own hands and maintain to peace in area.

3 Case FIR NO. 86/16 dated 20/07/16 U/S 341, 143 IPC & Case FIR No. 87/16 dated 20/07/16 U/S 341, 143 IPC of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar, in which Photos/CCTV footage are being analyzed by the IOs and people involved in rioting are being called for the interrogation . Investigation in the said Cases is on progress and being done on priority basis . Overall situation is peaceful and under control.

5 Case FIR No. 210/16 dated 09/08/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by SI Jai Lal I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 09/08/16 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Bhaban and during the course of patrolling he recovered 2 Ltr. illicit liquor from the possession of Mohan Lal S/O Sh. Lobria Ram R/O VPO Dhaban Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP). SI Jai Lal I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
6 Case FIR No. 111/16 dated 09/08/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by ASI Sahib Singh Incharge Police Assistance Room, Tattapani that on 09/08/16 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Sahaj and during the course of patrolling he recovered 7000 ml illicit liquor from the possession of Sanjay Kumar S/O Ram Singh Village Sahaj PO Jassal Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi( HP). ASI Sahib Singh Incharge Police Assistance Room, Tattapani is investigating the case.
CASE OF CHEATING
7 Case FIR No. 134/16 dated 09/08/16 U/S 419, 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kalyan Singh S/O Sh. Girdhari Lal R/O Bharyara Rihadi PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) that on Kuldeep Singh S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Bharyara PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar cheated him by put the false came against him . SI Kuldeep Singh I/C of PP Ghatta is investigating the case.
CASE OF RAOD ACCIDENT
8 Case FIR No. 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Bihara Lal S/O Sh. Bhagi Rath R/O Suchahan PO Ropa Tehsil Sanyanj District Kullu (HP) that on 10/08/16 he alongwith Raj , Amar Singh , Mohinder Kumar, Lal Singh were coming towards Takoli by Vehicle(HP66A-1632) and when reached near Shani Dev Mandir in the mean time driver of vehicle namely Lal Singh lost the control on said Jeep and fell down 20/30 feet downward from the road and all the person who were board on said vehicle sustained injuries. HC Joginder Pal I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MOLESTATION AND INTIMIDATION
9 Case FIR No. 228/16 dated 10/08/16 U/S 452, 354, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complait of Smt. Shashi W/O Sh. Sanjeev Kumar R/O Padhyan PO & Tehsil Baldwara District Mandi (HP) that on 08/08/16 at about 2 AM Kamal Jeet entered in her courtyard and tried to outrage her modesty and also threatened her with dire consequences. SI Ashwani Kumar I/C of PP Hatli is investigating the case.

10 269 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs.58100/- was recovered and 18 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1800 /- was recovered during last 24 hours
