CASE OF KIDNAPPING , OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDTION
1 Case FIR No. 92/16 dated 10/08/16 U/S 364, 342, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Israr S/O Sh. Tufell Ahamad R/O Bhaupur PO Nerchapper Tehsil Saharanpur District Saharanpur (UP) that on 08/08/16 driver of Truck(HP31C-4822) namely Sikander Kumar kidnapped him from Yamunanagar and brought him Dhanotu and during the kidnapping tied him with plastic rope and also threatened him with dire consequences. ASI Tarsem Singh I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2 Case FIR No. 213/16 dated 10/08/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Puran Singh S/O Sh. Bhagat Singh R/O Tikker Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 10/08/16 he was present in his shop, in the mean time a Bus (HP33A-7879) of Xaviers Convent School came from Bagla side and dropped the children at Tikker Chowk and when the driver of said bus was turning back , suddenly a school girl namely Drishti D/O Rajender Kumar R/O VPO Tikker aged 7 years old came beneath the left side of back tire of said bus and sustained injuries. SI Jai Lal I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 Case FIR No. 208/16 dated 10/08/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC & U/S 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Kumari Parwati D/O Sh. Chabe Ram R/O Somgad PO Somnachani Tehsil Balichowki District Mandi (HP) that on 10/08/16 she alongwith her friend namely Ekata were coming from the college , in the mean time a Motor Cycle came rashly and hit her alongwith her friend and ran away from the spot and they both sustained injuries. HC Kamal Singh No. 79 I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
CASE OF RIOTING AND OBSTRUCTING WAY
4 Case FIR No. 214/16 dated 10/08/16 U/S 143,341 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Luxmi Dutt S/O Sh. Jeet Ram R/O Rewalsar PO & Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 10/08/16 Priyanka Sharma, Ghanshyam, Dhameshwar, Padam Singh Bhatia , Jaivanti & others 100/120 person gathered in connection with road accident occurred on 09/08/16 and obstructed the road and also raised slogan against about the non availability of doctors in CHC Rewalsar. ASI Bodh Raj I/C of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CHEATING
5 Case FIR No. 135/16 dated 11/08/16 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Pushap Raj S/O Sh. Yudhisthar R/O Seri PO Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) that on Ravinder Singh , Arun Saxsena & Amit Kumar Jain cheated him by calling if he deposited Rs.6,40000/- in their account then policy will be refunded to him huge amount . on this complainant deposited said amount on the account of said persons and now they have switched off their mobile phone. ASI Ranjeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF PDPP (PREVENTION OF DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY) ACT
6 Case FIR No. 229/16 dated 10/07/16 U/S 3 of PDPP( Prevention of Damaged to Public Property) Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Kashmir Singh S/O Sh. Govind Ram R/O Nahad Lukhar Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that on 08/08/16 he visited the place near Lukhar and found that pipes of Hydro dam was broken by the unknown person and misplace the their spot . Insp. Surrender Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
PROGRESS REPORT IN PREVIOUS CASE
7 Accused Umesh Kumar S/O Sh. Bhag Singh R/O Chalaru PO Karsog District Mandi (HP) has been arrested in Case FIR No. 112/16 dated 10/08/16 U/S 457, 380 IPC . Arrested by SI Sunil Kumar SHO of P.S. Karsog from Bhadarnu and also recovered stolen property/jewelry worth of cost Rs. 62,400/-. Accused has been produced before Ld Court JMIC Karsog today and awarded with 2 days police remand by the Ld court.
CHALLANS
266 Vehicles were challaned under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 29,650 /- was recovered and 20 challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2100/- was recovered and 3 challan were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 3900-/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
