CASE OF   OFFENCE   AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT

1        Case FIR No. 69/14 dated 08/07/14   U/S 353, 332 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog on the complaint of  Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh. Achhar Singh  R/O  Kathogan P.O.  Tikker Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)   at present  working  as a conductor  with  HRTC  Depot  Kelong  that  on 07/07/14  he was going on the route  Recong-Peo-Jahalma  along  with  the HRTC Bus and when they reached near Karsog, in the mean time  Kripa Ram   assaulted    upon  him  suddenly  and he sustained injuries.  ASI Amar Singh  I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating  the case.

 CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2        Case FIR No. 215/14 dated 07/07/14  U/S  341, 323, IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh  on the complaint of   Sh.  Jaswant  Singh  S/O Sh. Bhoop Singh  R/O  Gutkar Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on 07/07/14  at about 9:45 PM  he was going to home along with  his  cousin  and when they reached near  Bagla Petrol Pump , in  the mean time  Naresh Kumar  S/O Sh.  Khem Chand  R/O  Dauhandi P.O. Nagchalla Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and  beat him up.  HC Nand Lal  No. 37 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

3        Case FIR No. 216/14 dated 07/07/14  U/S  341,  323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Naresh Kumar  S/O Sh.  Khem Chand  R/O  Dauhandi  P.O. Nagchalla Tehsil  Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that   on  07/07/14     Jaswant Singh  S/O  Sh.  Bhoop  Singh  R/O  Gutkar Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)   obstructed his way and  beat him up.  HC Nand Lal No. 37 I/O of  P.S. Balh is investigating the case. 

 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDTION

4        Case FIR No. 227/14 dated 07/07/14  U/S   452, 427, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the  complaint   Smt. Rita  Devi  W/O  Sh.  Balbir  Singh  R/O  Rasehar P.O.  Maseran Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on  06/07/14  Nagender Pal   R/O  Rasehar  entered in the  courtyard of  her  house and  broke the    some articles  and also threatened with dire consequence . ASI  Rakesh  Kumar  I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 CASE OF  CRIMINAL  TRESPASS , HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5        Case FIR No. 228/14 dated 07/07/14  U/S  451, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat   on the complaint of  Sh. Kaushalya Devi  W/O Sh.  Balam Ram   R/O  Chanohali P.O.  Khahan  Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on 07/07/14  Jai  Ram  came along with   Geeta Devi  and   entered in the courtyard of her house  and beat her up.  SI  Purshottam Dhiman I/O of  P.S. Sarkaghat  is investigating the case.

 CASE OF NEGLIGENT ACT WITH RESPECT TO ANIMAL

6        Case FIR No. 78/14  dated 07/07/14  U/S  289 IPC has been registered in P.S.   Aut on the  com plaint of  Smt.  Seema  Devi W/O Sh.  Bhagat Ram  R/O  Ichhani P.O.  Bendhi Ditt. Mandi (H.P.)  that  on 05/07/14     She  has  bitten by the pet dog of    Neelmani  S/O  Late Sh.  Krishan  Chand  R/O  Ichhani  P.O. Bendhi  Sub – Tehsil Aut   Distt.  Mandi .  HC  Kuldeep  Singh  No.  409 I/O of  P.S.  Aut  is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7        Case FIR No.  115/14 dated 07/07/14 U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of   Smt.  Rama  Devi   W/O Sh.  Pyar  Chand  R/O  Bhagehar P.O. Khazoor Tehsil Lad-Bharol  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  she was   crossing the road along with Kali Devi near P.N.B.  Lad-Bharol , in the mean time Scooty (HP29A-5766) came rashly and  hit  Kali Devi  and  she sustained injuries.  HC Mangat Ram  I/O of  PP Lad-Bharol is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

8        182challans were issued and fine of Rs. 27,200/- was recovered under M.V. Act and  9 challans were issued under COTPA  and fine of Rs. 900/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
