CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1        Case FIR No. 123/14  dated 24/07/14  U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered   in P.S.  Jogindernagar  on  the complaint of  Sh.  Jitender Kumar  S/O Sh.  Raghubir  Singh  R/O  Bir  Road  Ahju Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that  he  is running a shop  at Ahju . On  24/07/14  at about  7:15 PM  he was present in his  shop  , in the  mean time   a Car ( HP37D-1868)  came rashly from  Jogindernagar side and  hit an  un-known boy  who was going  on the  road  and he sustained injuries.  HC Rajesh  Kumar  No. 907  I/O of PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

 CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

 

2         Case FIR No. 229/14  dated 24/07/14  U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh  on the complaint of   Sh.  Devender Singh  S/O Sh.  Sukhveer Singh  R/O  Meruth Malyana P.O. Malyana Tehsil  Meruth(UP)  that he came to Manali by his Motor  Cycle  along with his friends . On  24/07/14  they  were  going back to Meruth   their own   Motor Cycles and when  they  reached near  Gutkar , in the mean time a Car(HR68A-6647)  came rashly from  Sundernagar side and  hit   Motor Cycle( UP 15-BK-9614)  and both  occupants namely  Raju and  Pradeep   fell down on the road  and  they sustained injuries. HC Vijay  Kumar  No. 866 I.O. of  P.S. Balh is investigating the case.  

 

 CASE  OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

3        Case FIR No. 175/14  dated 24/07/14  U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint  of Sh.  Sidharth  Kumar  S/O Sh.  Kuldeep  Chand  R/O  Shilakipper P.O. Dudar   Tehsil  Sadar  Distt. Mandi  (H.P.)  that on 24/07/14  at  about  4PM  he was going  by his car(  HP 33C-1757) , in  the mean time   a  Motor Cycle (HP33C-6766) came rashly and hit his above car  and  rider of  the above Motor Cycle  sustained injuries.  HC  Raj Mal  No. 856 I/O of  P.S.  Sadar Mandi  is investigating the case.

 CASE OF  NDPS ACT

 

4        Case FIR No. 176/14  dated 24/07/14  U/S  20 of NDPS  Act has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  by  SI Sanjeev  Kumar  that on  24/07/14  at about  7:35 PM  he  laid a nakka  alongwith  other police officials at Gharan    and during the course of nakkabandi  he recovered  320  Gms.   Cannabis(  Charas) from the possession of  Anil Kumar  S/O Sh.  Arjun  Ram  R/O  Gunaid  Tehsil   Baijnath  Distt. Kangra (HP).  SI   Sanjeev  Kumar   SHO  of P.S.  Sadar  is investigating the case.

 

 

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING  WAY  AND  HURT

 

5          Case FIR Nod. 78/14 dated 25/07/14  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog on the complaint of  Sh. Dola Ram S/O Sh.   Karam  Chand  R/O  Jamana Bag P.O. Somakothi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/07/14  Pradeep Singh  obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries.  ASI  Sohan Lal  I/O of P.S.  Karsog is investigating the case.

 

  CASE OF   HURT

6        Case FIR No. 255/14 dated 24/07/14 U/S 325, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Kumar Singh  S/O  Late Sh.  Modha R/O  Chamehar P.O. Sayoh Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on  22/07/14  at about  1:10 AM  Santosh  &  Ashok  Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries.  ASI  Sandeep  Kumar I.O. of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

  CHALLAN

7        220  challans were issued and fine of Rs. 34,500/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
