CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1 Case FIR No. 163/14 dated 21/07/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Kishan Chand R/O House No. 353/04 Salah P.O. Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 21/07/14 when he was present in his shop, in the mean time Scooty( HP31A-6878) which was ridden by Vinod Kumar S/O Ram Singh R/O Gharwara P.O. Langana Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt Mandi came rashly from Chatrokhari side and hit Madan Lal Kaushal S/O Sh. Ram Dass R/O Fagyara Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi and he sustained injuries. HC Khem Chand No. 47 I/O of TTR Wing Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No. 164/14 dated 21/07/14 U/S 324, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Anuj Sharma S/O Sh. Lekh Ram R/O Alsu P.O. Dehar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 20/07/14 he was going to home alongwith his brother Gagan Kumar , in the mean time Kamal Dev came along with his wife and beat him up . ASI Rajinder Thakur I/C of PP Dehar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 165/14 dated 21/07/14 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Hira Singh R/O Tikari P.O. Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 21/07/14 at about 5:50 PM Ravinder came alongwith Nand Lal , obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Tek Chand No. 902 I/O of PP Slapper is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
4 Case FIR No.174/14 dated 21/07/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by SI Vinod Thakur that on 21/07/14 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 6 Bottles of English Wine from the possession of Narpat Ram S/O Sh. Kamla Ram R/O Troh P.O. Nasloh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.). SI Vinod Thakur I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST, CHEATING AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY
5 Case FIR No. 95/14 dated 21/07/14 U/S 406, 420, 120(B) IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Tirath Singh S/O Sh. Bachitar Singh R/O Shalakipper P.O. Duddar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that during the month of March 2014 and he parked his Vehicle (HP32A-1339) near the house of Promila Devi W/O Dimple Kumar R/O Shikawari Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi took the key of his vehicle from him forcibly and she did not returned back the key of his vehicle so far. ASI Subhash Singh I/O of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

6 6 175 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 29,700/- was recovered and 8 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered during last 24 hours
