CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1 Case FIR No. 81/14 dated 30/07/14 U/S 353, 341, 332, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Daulat Ram at present Veterinary Pharmacist aninal Husbandary Dharmour that Tek Chand S/O Sh. Budhu Ram R/O Maghandi PO Bagsar Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi(HP) obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened with dire consequence. ASI Jhabe Ram I.O. PS Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2 Case FIR No. 89/14 dated 30/07/14 U/S 279 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Vishal Singh S/O Sh. Surinder Singh R/O Tilli Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/07/14 he was going by his car along with his family from Manali to Manikaran and when reached near Duwada, in the mean time one Maruti Car(PB-11V-5484) came rashly from Kullu side and hit his Car and ran away from the spot. HC Harbans Singh No. 68 I/O of PS Aut is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
3 Case FIR No. 67/14 dated 31/07/14 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Champa Devi W/O Sh. Amar Singh R/O Nouhali Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/07/14 Vimla Devi , Hans Raj and Asha Devi obstructed her way and beat her up and she sustained injuries .HC Raj Kuma No. 49 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
CASE OF KIDNAPPING
4 Case FIR No. 237/14 dated 31/07/14 U/S 363 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Mohan Singh S/O Sh. Ram R/O Pasta PO Ratti Teshil Balh Distt. Mandi(HP) that his daughter's son namely Khushal Singh S/O Sh. Pawan Kumar R/O Tawan PO Dhawan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) is missing from home since 28/07/14 and he suspect that someone has kidnapped his daughter's son . ASI Jagdish Chand I.O. PS Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
5 Case FIR No. 238/14 dated 31/07/14 U/S 279, 337, 201 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Neelam Kumar S/O Sh. Hem Raj Sharma R/O Batahan PO Gambhar Khad Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 31/07/14 at about 9:15 AM Bus(HP65-7910) and Bus (HP22B-2087) collided to each other at Garlouni and occupants of both the buses sustained injuries and buses also removed by the drivers from the spot. HC Malkiyat Singh No. 57 I/O P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
6 190 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 30,800/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 2challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 9100 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
