CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT, RIOTING AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR NO. 254/14 dated 21/07/14 U/S  452,323,147,149,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt Savitri Devi D/O Sh. Nanak Chand R/O Vill. Samsoh PO Gahar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 20/07/14 Prakasho Devi, Sushma Devi, Rakesh Kumar R/O vill. Jhandi Distt. Hamirpur (HP) family members of her in-laws  along with other three  persons came in village  Samsoh entered in her house and beat her up. ASI  Rakesh Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case. 

 

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

1. Case FIR No. 228/14 dated  U/S  366 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  a woman resident of  R/O  vill. Dhawan Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  her daughter is missing from  her home since  15/07/14  and she suspect that  Narender Kumar S/O  Sh. Chamaru Ram  R/O  Chhatrel  Distt. Mandi  (HP) kidnapped  her daughter  with the  intention to marry  her.  SI  Sandeep  Sharma   I/O  of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

    

CASE OF CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST

1. Case FIR No 121/14 dated 21/07/14 U/S 406,409 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the written complaint of Sh.  Ramesh Chand Sharma S/O Sh. Rikhi Ram Sharma R/O Vill. H. No. 145/2 Haripur (Golbag) PO Sundernagar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) at present working in the O/O the Enforcement Officer/P.F.I  Employees Provident Organization Dr. Jagdish Chand Building Distt. Kullu (HP) that  M/S Leroy Intra Private Ltd near link road Khaddar PO Bassi Tehsil  Jogindernagar  establishment is  covered under the provisions of  Employees Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1952 and Schemes framed there under. The  employer of this establishment is under statutory  obligation to deduct the employees share of provident funds contributions from the contributions /charges .The amounts thus deducted from wages /salaries is of the nature of  trust money  with the employer. During the course of inspection of the establishment it has been noticed that the employer of above establishment had deducted the employees share of contributions from their wages/salaries for the period  April, 2013 to  May,  2014 but said employer has not been deposited the so  deducted amounts into said salary funds. ASI Ishwari Parshad Incharge  P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

1. 146 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs.  21,100/-    and 9challans  made under COTPA & fined  Rs. 900/-.
