1 Case FIR No. 107/14 dated 03/07/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Ishwari Prasad I/C of PP Bassi that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Banon and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Shyam Singh S/O Sh. Chamaru Ram R/O Galu P.O. Balhjolly Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) ASI Ishwari Prashad I/C of PP Bassi is investigiatng the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, HURT AND CRIMINAL TRESPASS
3 Case FIR No. 109/14 dated 04/07/14 U/S 451, 147, 149, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Dhyan Singh S/O Sh. Bhola Ram R/O Badathana P.O. Panjalag Tehsil Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 03/07/14 at about 8PM he was sitting in his shop's courtyard alongwith his wife , in the mean time Ravi Kumar , Dhani Ram , Ruma, Manju Devi all the resident of Badathana came along with Lalman , Ishwar Singh,& Ravi Kumar entered in his shop's courtyard and beat him up along with his brother, Shiv Kumar and they sustained injuries. HC Mangat Ram No. 898 I/O of PP Lad-Bharol is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRUELITY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVE
4 Case FIR No. 206/14 dated 03/07/14 U/S 498(A), 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Sarvjeet Kaur W/O Sh. Jaswant Singh R/O Puna Tehsil Una Distt. Una at present residing her parental home at Nalsar (H.P.) that she was married with Jaswant Singh during the year 2001. But soon after of her marriage her husband started to harass her physically and mentally. On 30/05/14 her husband beat her up . ASI Sukesh Kumar I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT
5 Case FIR No. 159/14 dated 03/07/14 U/S 323, 325, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Jeevan Lal S/O Sh. Nand Lal R/O Sehali Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 21/06/14 at about 6 PM Mohan Singh beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Hem Raj I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

6 Case FIR No. 223/14 dated 04/07/14 U/S 468, 193 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Rajender Kumar S/O Sh. Suhru Ram R/O Kotlu P.O. Gopalpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that loan amount for the construction of new house has been sanction in favour of Ranjeet Singh S/O Sh. Lalu R/O Kotlu Sawari P.O. Gopalpur under SC/ST scheme from the department after producing fake affidavit for the purpose of income annually Rs. 16000/- to the Tehsildar Sarkaghat despite his wife Summan Kumari is serving as Anganwari Worker and her monthly income is Rs. 3300/- per month Insp. Jagdish Chand SHO of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST AND CHEATING
7 Case FIR No. 224/14 dated 04/07/14 U/S 409, 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Prem Singh S/O Shl Sunder Singh R/O Thana P.O. Jehmat Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that Amount Rs 1,23000/- had sanctioned for the Gram Panchyat Jehmat . But Pawana Devi , Pradhan Gram Panchyat Jehmat has withdrawn the above amount and kept with her for personal use. SI Sunil Kumar I/C of PP Hatli is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
8 Case FIR No. 65/14 dated 03/07/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act has registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Geeta Devi W/O Sh. Hari Saran R/O Batla Behali P.O. Bhanthal Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that she was going to her home and when she reached near Nehara , in the mean time driver of the Car(HP12-6205) came rashly and hit her and she sustained injuries. ASI Amar Singh I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRUELITY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVE
9 Case FIR No. 149/14 dated 03/07/14 U/S 489(A), 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Geeta Devi W/O Sh. Krishan Lal R/O Kheel P.O. Serikothi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that she was married with Krishan Chand . But soon after her marriage, her husband started to torture her physically and mentally . On 2/07/14 her husband beat her up and she sustained injuries and also threatened with dire consequce. ASI Brij Lal I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
10 Case FIR No. 88/14 dated 4/07/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Puran Chand S/O Sh. Manglu Ram R/O Bung P.O. Jajehali Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi that on 03/07/14 at about 6 PM he along with Vikkram Singh , Fatah Singh , Jai Singh were going to home by Car( HP32B-1029) which was driven by the Suresh Kumar and when they reached near Mansi Nallah, in the mean time driver of above car lost the control over it and fell down about 100 mtr. downwards from the road and all the five persons who were boarded said car sustained injuries . ASI Jai Singh I/C of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

11 Case FIR No. 74/14 dated 3/07/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in Aut on the complaint of Smt. Bimla Devi W/O Sh. Khem Chand R/O Chaihani Sub- Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/07/14 she was coming from Sainaj along with her family by Vehcile (HP49-2884) and when they reached near Chalogi, in the mean time Car (HP 01K-3557) came rashly and hit her along with driver of the above vehicle and they sustained injuries . HC Santosh Kumar No. 70 I/O of PP Balichowki is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
12. 182challans were issued and fine of Rs. 30,400/- was recovered and 12 challans were issued under COPTA Act and fine of Rs 1400/- was recovered and 6 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 23,100/- was recovered during last 24 hours
