CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No.256/14 dated 27/07/14  U/S 451,323,504,34IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Nitu Devi W/o Sh. Vipan Kumar R/O Barnota PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  26/07/14 at about 7 PM Sh. Dalipu S/O Sh. Puran Chand and Rina W/O Sh. Dalipu entered in her house abused  and beat her up.  SI Satish Kumar I.O. of  P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING AND FORGERY

1. Case FIR No. 125/14 dated 26/07/14 U/S 420,467,468,471 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sanjeev Chauhan S/O Sh. Purvi Ram R/O Vill. Siun PO & Tehsil Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP) that Prem Nath S/O Sh. Ram Nath R/O Village Siun PO & Tehsil Lad Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP),   Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Bachitar Singh R/O Village Kuni PO & Tehsil Lad Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP), Piar Chand S/O Sh. Roop Singh R/O Village Bharol  PO & Tehsil Lad Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP) Kashmir Singh Rajput S/O Sh. Moti Ram R/O Village Ropari Tehsil Lad Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP),  Satish Kumar S/O Sh. Jai Singh R/O Village Kholu Tehsil Lad Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP),  Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Nagina R/O Village Lad Bharol PO & Tehsil Lad Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP),  Bachitar Singh S/O Sh. Nihala Ram R/O Village Kuni PO & Tehsil Lad Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP) were constituted a society in the name of Ladbharol Co-Operative Educational and Development Society Ltd. which was also registered   in the office of Registrar Co-Operative Society having registration No. 222. Members of above society collected the funds for the construction of college building and these members grab the funds of the general public collected for the construction of college building fraudulently. ASI Vinod Singh    Incharge P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case. 

CASE OF FORGERY  

1. Case FIR No. 177/14 dated 26/07/14 U/S 465,468,471 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Jai Singh No. 48 I.O. of Traffic Sadar Mandi that Tarun Verma S/O Sh. Karam Chand Verma R/O Nela PO Dudda Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) purchased a Nano car on 08/03/14 and allotted a temporary No. HP33(T)-9789 for said car. On 19/07/14 it was found that owner of said car namely Tarun Kumar fixed a number plate HP33A-9789 on his car and he was asked to produce the RC of sad car but he failed to produce the RC of said car and it was taken in police possession U/S 192,196,207 of M.V. Act. Thereafter on enquiry from RLA Mandi it was found that said registration number was not allotted from RLA Mandi anybody else and the company concerned also issued temporary No. HP33T-9277 instead of HP33T-9789. HC Sanjeev Kumar No.32 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1. Case FIR No. 178/14 dated 26/07/14 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Aakash S/O Sh. Eajbir Singh H.No. 70/4 dated Suhra Mohala Mandi that on 26/07/13 at about 7.30 PM Gaurav resident of Bhiuli along with his 2-3 friends came there, obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Vijay Kumar I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

 CHALLAN

1. 256 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 50,200/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 3 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
