CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No 155/14 dated 13/07/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by Sh. Amit Sharma, Dy.S.P. (Prob.) that he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Pungh and during the course of patrolling he recovered 2 Kg 320 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Prem Singh S/O Sh. Daulat Ram R/O Vill. Saroun PO Segli Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). Sh. Amit Sharma Dy.S.P. (Prob.) is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 167/14 dated 12/07/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Viplav Pathania S/O Sh. Shiv Lal Pathania H. No. 120/12 Ramnagar Mandi that on 12/07/14 he was going to Paddal ground along with his brother-in-law by scooter No. (HP49-4044) and when they reached near bypass, in the meant time an Innova car (PB11-0096) came from Nerchowk side very rashly and struck with his scoter due to which he and his bother inlaw sustained injuries.  HC Kamal Singh No. 79 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT AND UNDER INDIAN FOREST ACT

3. Case FIR No. 92/14 dated 13/07/14 U/S 379 IPC and U/S 41,42 of Indian Forest Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Jeet Singh Incharge P.P. Janjehali that during the intervening night of 12-13/07/2014 he along with other police officials & officials of forest officials of forest department were  laid a nakka  at Bayodh and during the course of nakka he recovered 140 bags of forest produces ( i.e. rakhal, dhang tuli and kashmala) which were being transported illegally by a truck (HP32B-1479) by Tara Chand S/O Sh. Bed Ram R/O Vill. Rohanda PO Sangal Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) and Saraqn Dass S/O Sh. Budhe Ram R/O Vill. Gadhon PO Sangal Bara Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Jeet Singh Incharge Police Post Janjehali is investigating the case.

 CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

4. Case FIR No. 241/14 dated 12/07/2014 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by HC Amrit Lal No. 143 I.O. of P.P. Sandhole Distt. Mandi (HP) that Smt. Beasa Devi W/O Late Sh. Damodar Dass R/O Lower Balh PO Dhalara Tehsil Sandhole Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed the link road towards Balh by laying bazari on the road which is causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic. HC Amrit Lal No. 413 I.O. of P.P. Sandhole is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 242/14 dated 12/07/14 U/S 341,324,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Rumla Devi W/O Late Sh. Jiwa Nand R/O VPO Basantpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/07/14 at about 4 PM she was going to her cowshed in the mean time Smt. Rina Devi W/O Sh. Sanju obstructed her way and beat her up. SI (Prob.) Anil Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

   CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDAION

6. Case FIR No. 219/14 dated 13/04/14 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sher Singh S/O Sh. Mast Ram R/O Vill. Bah PO Gagal Tehsil Balh Distt.Mandi (HP) that on 13/07/14 Puran Chand obstructed his way and beat him up.

CHALLAN

7. 163 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 27,000/- was recovered and 9  challans were issued under  COPTA  and fine of  Rs.  1100/-  was recovered.
