CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1.Case FIR No. 227/14 dated 19/07/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act  has been registered in P.S. Balh by ASI  Jagdish Kumar I/O of P.S. Balh that on 19/07/14 at  about 6.30 PM he was on patrolling along with police party at Behna  and during the course of patrolling he recovered 4 liters illicit liquor from the possession of   Roopo Lal @ Kishnu  S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram R/O VPO Behna   Distt. Mandi (HP).  ASI Jagdish Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

2. Case FIR No. 85/14 dated 19/07/14 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut by HC Rajinder Kumar No. 51 I.O. of P.S. Aut that on 19/07/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials near Markanda Temple Aut and during the course of patrolling he found that Amar Singh S/O Sh. Purshotam Singh VPO Aut laid down the heaps of stone and soil on NH 21 which is causing obstruction to the general public. HC Rajinder Kumar I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 86/14 dated 20/07/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Subhash Sharma S/O Sh. Devi Dayal R/O Vill. Pachahu PO Sachyani Distt. Kullu (HP) that today he was standing on NH 21 at Takoli, in the mean time a person namely Jogi Ram S/O Sh. Sauju Ram was crossing the road and a Tempo (HP34B-5871) came from Kullu side towards Mandi very rashly and hit said Jogi Ram who fell down on the road and sustained injuries. HC Harbans Singh No. 681 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No. 161/14 dated 20/07/14 U/S 341,323,504,447,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Nisha Devi W/O Sh. Vijay Kumar R/O VPO Sudahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/07/14 Niju obstructing her way and beat her up. ASI Brij Lal Incharge P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 162/14 dated 20/07/14 U/S 447,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Manish Devi W/O Sh. Neeraj Thakur R/O Vill. Dusahad PO Sudahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/07/14 Nisha Devi and Sukhdei entered in her land and beat her up. ASI Brij Lal Incharge P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

6. 212 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs. 39,100/-    and 1  challan made under COTPA & fined  Rs. 100/-.
