CASE OF MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR No. 172/14 dated 29/07/14  U/S 429, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  on the  complaint of Sh. Tek Chand  S/O Sh.  Kahnu  Ram  R/O  Neri  PO  Doghari  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 24/07/14  at about  10:30  AM  Prabhi Devi  beat his cow  brutally   and  also  threatened him  with dire consequence.  ASI  Brij Lal I/C  PP Slapper is investigating  the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 2           Case FIR No. 180/14 dated 29/07/14  U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Ashwani Kumar  S/O Sh.  Purana Nand  R/O  Badagoan  PO  Pali Tehsil  Padhar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 29/07/14  at about  4:55 PM   he was present near  Forest Office gate, in the  mean time    Car(HP76-0530) & Car(HP33C-8886) collided to each other  and this accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving  by   both car drivers . HC  Yoginder Pal No. 39  I.O.   HighWay   Sadar  Mandi is investigiatng the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

3          Case FIR No. 80/14 dated 30/07/14 U/S 366 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of  Sh. Sandeep Kumar  S/O Sh.  Mangat Ram  R/O  Bhiyal PO  Karsog  that  Dharam Pal  S/O Sh. Jalam Ram  R/O Kothi dhar PO Chouridhar    kidnapped his  wife  with intension  to marry with  her . ASI   Sohan Lal  I.O. PS Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

4          Case FIR No. 236/14 dated 30/07/14  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh.  Sonu Kumar S/O Sh. Biri Singh  R/O Dadol PO Meramasit Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/07/14  Hukkam Chand   came along with  Deepak Chand obstructed  his way and  beat him  up and he sustained injuries.  HC  Nand Lal No. 37  I.O. PS Balh is investigating the case.

 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND   CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5          Case FIR No. 88/14   dated 30/07/14 U/S  447, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut on the complaint of  Miss. Champa Devi  D/O Sh.  Gitanand R/O  Bhatwari PO  Kot Khumarda  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  30/07/14   Dharamender Kumar  S/O Sh.  Kirati Ram   resident of same locality entered  in her  land and beat her up  and she sustained injuries .  HC Parakaram Singh   No. 904  I.O.  PS  Aut is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

6      163challans were issued and fine of Rs. 32,900/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 3challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
