1 Case FIR No. 124/14 dated 26/07/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ruldu Ram S/O Sh. Karam Dass R/O Samsi Tehsil Bhunter Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that today i.e. 26/07/14 he was going to Maranda by his Car (HP34B-2646) along with his uncle , Aot Ram & Ved Parkash and when they reached near Ghatta, in the mean time Vehicle (HP01-M-1133) came rashly from behind and hit his above vehicle and fell down from the road and all occupants sustained injuries. HC Desh Raj No. 41 I/O of PP Ghatta is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
2 Case FIR No. 79/14 dated 25/07/14 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Kamal Kishore S/O Sh. Parma Nand R/O Mumail Tehsil Karsog that on 25/07/14 he was going to PG College Karsog, in the mean time Puneet Kumar S/O Sh. Tej Ram resident of the same locality came there and obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Sohan Lal I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDTIOAN
3 Case FIR No. 169/14 dated 26/07/14 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Neeraj that on 26/07/14 at about 11:30 AM he was going to deposit the electricity bill ,in the mean time Dixit came along with Bisav Bandhu and two another persons and obstructed his way and beat him up and . HC Chaman Lal No. 12 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4 185 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 27,300/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
