CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
1 Case FIR No. 156/14 dated 1/07/14 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Hans Raj R/O Nela P.O. Dudar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 01/07/14 he was going to Village Nela along with Rajinder Kumar, Baldev Kumar & Kanhiya Lal by Car(HP65A-0730) and when they reached near old Bus Stand Mandi , in the mean time Vinod Kumar came along with his friends by another Car(HP01M-1440) and obstructed their way and beat up them . ASI Liaquait Ali I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2 Case FIR No. 157/14 dated 02/07/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Dile Ram S/O Sh. Anant Ram R/O Badagaon Tehsil Badsar Distt. Hamirpur that he is working as a conductor with Tanker(HP07-6677) . On 01/07/14 they were coming from the Leh and when reached near Jawahar Navodya Pandoh, in the mean time Car( HP 58-1044) came rashly which was driven by DeshRaj S/O Sh. Chand Ram R/O Hardaspura Distt. Chamba and hit the above Tanker and driver of above car sustained injuries. HC Jagdish Chand No. 36 I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

3 Case FIR No. 219/14 dated 01/07/14 U/s 341, 323, 355, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Umesh Thaur S/O Sh. Bholu Ram R/O Sarskan P.O. Baroti Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 1/07/14 Nanha S/O Sh. Rajkuamr obstructed his way . HC Sanjeev Kumar I/O of PP Dharampur is investigating the case.

4 Case FIR No. 86/14 dated 02/07/14 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Bali Ram S/O Sh. Rattan Lal R/O Kandhi – Kalwara P.O. Thana Shiva Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 1/07/14 he was going to his home and when he reached near Kandhi – Kalwara, in the mean time Chet Ram , Ved Ram and Bhuraj Ram came there and obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Chaman Lal No. 410 I/O of P.P. Janjehli is investigating the case

5 Case FIR No. 87/14 dated 02/07/14 U/S 341, 323, IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Ved Prakash S/O Sh. Parash Ram R/O Kandhi Kalwara P.O. Than Shiva Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/07/14 he was going to home and when reached near Kandhi Kalwara, in the mean time Beli Ram S/O Sh. Rattan Lal resident of the same locality obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Jeet Singh I/O of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
6 Case FIR No. 71/14 dated 02/07/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Neter Singh S/O Sh. Gouro Ram R/O Salyana P.O. Hanogi Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 02/07/14 he was travelling by Bus (HP 65-2306) from Mandi to Kullu and when reached near Aut Tunnel , in the mean time Volvo Bus(DL01-PB9041) came rashly , which was driven by Govind Ram S/O Sh. Harish Kumar C/O Kala Ram R/O Patlikuhal P.O. Katrain Distt. Kullu and hit the above Bus and three persons of said Volvo Bus sustained injuries . HC Harbanse Lal No. 68 I/O of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
7 206challans were issued and fine of Rs. 27,100/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered and 1 challan were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7000 was recovered during last 24 hours
