CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1        Case FIR No. 126/14 dated28/07/14 U/S  39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  SI (Prob).  Rajesh Kumar  I.O. of P.S.  Jogindernagar that  he was on patrolling along with other police officials  at  Ahju and during the  course of patrolling  he recovered  3 Bottles of  Country Liquor & 2 Bottles of  English Wine   from the possession of  Ashwani Kumar  S/O  Sh.  Shesh Ram R/O  Ahju Tehsil  Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) . SI  Rajesh  Kumar (Prob)  I.O.  P.S.  Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC   SERVANT   AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2              Case FIR No. 171/14 dated 29/07/14  U/S 353, 504, 506, 186 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Narender Kumar  S/O Sh. Chet Ram  R/O  Uwah P.O.  Sainji Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  at present working as  Home Guard  Traffic Wing  Sundernagar that  on  29/07/14  he was performing his duty  at  New Bus Stand  Sundernagar,  then  one person came along with  his  Car(HP31A-6760)  and parked  his  car   in front of  ( No Parking  Sign Board)  near the Bus Stand  and when he called   him to remove his vehicle from  Non Parking  Zone  area, in the mean time  the owner of the car namely  Dharam Singh  Thakur  caught him  and  abused him and  also   obstructed him to perform his duty. ASI  Shamsher Singh  I.O. of  P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

  

CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

3        Case FIR No. 87/14 dated 28/07/14   U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut on the complaint of   Sh. Susil Kumar  S/O Sh.  Yog Raj R/O   Takoli  PO Panarsa Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 28/07/14  he was present  in Nagwain  Bazaar ,in the mean time one Motor Cycle (PB-03T-1157)  which was ridden by  Sikander Singh  S/O  Sh.  Jagdev Singh  R/O Samoh  Distt. Mansa(PB)  came rashly from  Mandi side and hit  Gaiyatri  Devi  and she  sustained injuries   along with  above Motor Cycle  rider .  HC  Harbance  Lal  No. 68  I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

4   233 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 42,000 /- was recovered under M.V. Act and 10challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
