CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANTS

1. Case FIR No. 173/14 dated 18/07/14 U/S  353,332 IPC has been registered P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh.  Saran Dass S/O Sh. Balak Ram R/O Vill. Luharad PO Bhargaon Tehsil Sadar,Distt Mandi (HP)  at present Conductor in HRTC Depot Mandi, that on 18/07/14 at about 2.00 PM when he was on duty on the  Mandi Pairi rout with HRTC bus (HP65-1618) and when said bus was ready to left out from the bus stand to its destination, a person namely Nittu S/O Sh.  Girdhari R/O  Village Pasta Pairi who was sitting inside the bus beat him up and also torn  his uniform.   ASI Chatter Singh I.O. of  P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, CRIMINAL TRESPASS HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 226/14 dated 19/07/14 U/S 342,451,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Hemant Kumar S/O Sh. Harishu S/O Sh. Sita Ram R/O VPO Bhangrotu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/07/14 Sunil Kumar @ Nandi and  Amit Kumar @ Master beat him up. SI Rattan Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 225/14 dated 18/07/14 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Nirmal Singh S/O Sh. Shyam Singh R/O Bagla PO Barsu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/07/14 a car (PB29P-3555) came very rashly from Mandi side and hit M/Cycle (HP33B-4631) due to which M/Cycle rider along with pillion were sustained injuries and said car sped away from the spot. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

4. Case FIR  No. 253/14 dated 19/07/14 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ajay Kumar S/O Sh. Ashok Kumar R/O Vill. Phadanu PO Khalardi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/07/14 Ravi, Happy, Vivek and his friends obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Inder Singh No. 07 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

5. 514 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs.  84,100/-    and 14 challans  made under COTPA & fined  Rs. 1600/-.
