CASE OF CHEATING

1          Case FIR No. 52/14 dated 23/07/14  U/S 420  IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar on the  complaint of  Sh. Avinash Kumar R/O  Quarter No.S-4/70 BBMB Colony Sundernagar that   on 21/05/14  at about  5PM  he received a call on  his   phone  from a  Mobile No.98623-10861 regarding his SBI Bank  Account Number that his  balance is very low  and  his account  will be closed.  If   he wants to continue  his Account  then he shall      told    his   Account Number  along with his code of  debit card  .On this  he   told  his  bank account Number along with  code of his debit card   and after   few minutes  Rs 24,398/- has been  withdrawal  from  his  said  Bank Account  .  SI  Rattan Singh  SHO  P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND MISCHIEF

2          Case FIR No. 77/14   dated 22/07/14   U/S  447, 427, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog on the complaint of  Smt.  Khem Dassi W/O Sh. Umesh   Kumar  R/O Paloh P.O. Gawalpur Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that  Lata  Devi ward member Gram Panchyat Srahan,  Raju and Ram  Singh  constructed the road through her  land  without her consent  and also destroyed  trees situated in her land . ASI Amar Singh  I/O of  P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 CASE OF HURT

3          Case FIR No. 166/14 dated 22/07/14 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar   on the complaint of   Sh.  Rajender Kumar   S/O Sh. Roshan Lal  R/O  Tikkari  P.O. Jarol  Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on  21/07/14  Ramesh Kumar  beat him up  and he sustained injuries .  ASI  Brij Lal  I/C of  PP Slapper is investigating the case.

 CASE UNDER GAMBLING ACT

4            Case FIR No. 96/14 dated 22/07/14 U/S 13 of   Gambling  Act has been registered in P.S.  Gohar  by SI Naveen  Jhalta that on  22/07/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials  at Chattri  and during the course of patrolling he recovered  Rs  7750/-  along with playing card from the possession of  Chhobe Ram , Hardev Singh , Ram Lal , Nand Lal  &  Dagu Ram.  SI  Naveen Jhalta SHO of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT  

5          Case FIR No. 97/14 dated 22/07/14 U/S 451, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar on the complaint of  Inder Singh  S/O  Sh.  Kansi Ram   R/O   Telag Tikkari  Tehsil  Chachiot  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 22/07/14  he was present in his home along with his wife, Sarda  Devi , in the mean time  Vijay Kumar &  Amar Singh  entered  in the courtyard of his house  and beat him up along with his wife   and they sustained injuries.  HC Birbal Singh No. 72 I/O of P.S.   Gohar is investigating the case.

6          178   challans were issued and fine of Rs. 28,500/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered during last 24 hours
