CRIME REPORT ON 29 JANUARY



 

CASE OF ND&PS ACT

 

1.      Case FIR NO 07/2016 dated 28/01/2016 U/S 20 of  ND&PS Act has been registered in  P.S. Aut, by SI Subhash Chand I/O P.S. Aut that  on  28/01/2016 at 9:00 PM  he was on Traffic Checking along with other police officials at place ShiliLarji at that time one person  Namely Gummat Ram S/O Sh. Puran Chand Village Khaniyar P.O. ShivaThana Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi came from Larji side towards Aut Tunnel carrying a bag on his back and whern checked said bag he recovered 01 KG Charas from it. ASI Subhash Chand I/O P.S. Aut is investigating the case.      

 

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

2.      2.                        Case FIR No. 29/16 dated 28/01/2016 U/S 363 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat, on the complaint of Sh. Jagdish Chand S/O Sh. Diwan Chand VPO Jandharu Kalan, Tehsil Sarkaghat, District Mandi (HP) that since 23/01/16 his son Avinash Kumar age 17 years old missing from Chorthala. He searched him everywhere, but he could not traced out him.  He suspected  that some unknown person kidnapped his son. Insp. Neel Chand SHO PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3.      3.               Case FIR No. 28/16 U/S 451,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in  PS Sarkaghat, on the complaint of Smt. Promila Devi W/O Sh. Deep Kumar Village Lukanu, PO Khalardu, Tehsil Sarkaghat, Distt Mandi (HP)  that on 28/01/16 at about 2:00 PM Chint Ram entered in  her courtyard and beat her and also threatened  her with dire consequences. HC Ravi Kant I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4.      4.                 Case FIR No. 30/16 dated 29/01/16 U/S 323,325,504,506,34 IPC has been registered  in PS Sarkaghat, on the complaint of Smt.  Pushpa Thakur W/O Sh. Desh Raj Village Karni, PO Baldwara, Distt. Mandi (HP) She stated that on dated 19/01/16 Sumana ,Partap and Vishal abused her and beat her up and she sustained injuries. SI Karan Jeet I/C PP Hatli is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, MISCHIEF  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5.      5.                       Case FIR No. 24/16 dated 29/01/16 U/S 341,323,427,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Karsog,  on the complaint of Sh. Chet Ram  S/O Sh.Anant Ram  Village Bichkadi, PO Kao, Tehsil Karsog, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/01/16 Harish and two other persons  obstructed  his way and beat him up. they also threatened him  with dire consequences . ASI Amar Singh I/O PS Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, MISCHIEF  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6.      6.                     Case FIR No. 13/16 dated 29/01/16 U/S 147,441,427,430,451,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Jogindernagar, on the written complaint of  Sh. Amar Singh S/o Sh. Jai Singh R/O Upper Tramat, PO Tramat Teh. Joginder Nagar, Distt Mandi (HP) that  Fateh Singh S/O Sh. Budhi Singh,  Parbhat Singh S/O Sh. Budhi Singh, Roshan Lal S/O Sh.  Sunder Singh, Subh Karan S/O Sh.  Narayan Dass, Chanchla Devi W/O Sh. Fateh Singh and  Nisha Devi W/O Sh.  Parbhat Singh  all resident of Upper Tramat, PO Tramat, Teh. Jogindernagar, Distt Mandi entered in his house, broke four pipes of his bathroom and also threatened him and his family. SI Kuldeep I/C PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

7.      7.                       Case FIR No. 27/16 dated 28/01/2016 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in PS Balh, on the complaint of Sh. Chet Ram S/O Sh. Prem Singh R/O Village Gehri, PO Dasehra, Tehsil Balh, District Mandi (HP)  that on 23/01/2016 at about 4:30 PM, he was going  his home and when he reached at Leda in the mean time Subhash Kumar beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Raj Kumar I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

8.    8.                         195 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 24,400 /- was recovered and 41 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 4300/- was recovered and 02 Challans were   issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 4600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
