 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

1          Case FIR No.  06/16   dated  5/01/16  U/S 341,  504,  506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of  Smt. Nirja Devi  W/O Sh.  Amar Chand  R/O  Riur  P.O. Dharampur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that   on 04/1/16  Satish Kumar S/O Sh. Gopi Chand  resident of same locality obstructed her way   and also threatened   her  with dire consequences .  ASI  Bidhi Chand  I.O. of P.S.  Dharampur is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

 

2      Case FIR No.  5/16 dated 05/01/16  U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of  Sh.  Dharmender Singh   Chandel  S/O Sh.  Vijender Singh  Chandel  R/O  Bharon PO  Dudar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/01/16  he  alongwith his  friend  were  going   by Car (HP01M-9900)  from Mandi  to  Devdhar and   when they reached near  Jagriti  College , in the mean time a JCB (HP30-1547)  came rashly from  Kotli  side  and  hit to his car .  HC Sanjeev Kumar No.  69  I./O. of P.S. Sadar  is investigating the case.

CASE OF   RIOTING , HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

 3   Case  FIR No. 01/16 dated 05/01/16 U/S  147,  149,  323, 504 & 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut on the complaint of Sh. Revinder Kumar S/O Sh. Kharka Ram  R/O  Panu  PO  Khuhan  Sub- Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 05/01/16  he  alongwith   his wife namely Prem  Lata were cutting the wooden  near his home ,  in the mean  time  Rakesh, Naresh, Narender, YashPal &  Meghi Devi  came there  and  beat  them up   and they sustained injuries and  also  threatened  them with dire consequences.  SI  Gopal  Singh  I/C of PP   Balichowki  is investigating the case.  

 

 

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO   RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

 

 4   Case FIR No.  03/16 dated 05/01/16  U/S  279, 337, 304(A)  IPC has been registered in  P.S. Karsog  on the complaint of  Sh. Pawan Sharma S/O Sh. Chuni Lal  VPO  Tattapani Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that   on  05/01/16  he  alonwith his mother namely  Shilla Devi  were  going to his home and when they reached near  Tattapani, in the mean time a Car(HP11-5415)    which  was  driven by  Pyre Lal  S/O Sh. Deep   Ram  R/O  Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP)  came  rashly and hit to his mother . In this  accident  Shilla Devi  age 54 years old  declared  dead   by M.O.  Sunni and  another  five   person  who were  seating  in said car sustained injuries.  SI  Sunil Kumar  SHO of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1.  16  Vehicles were challaned  under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 3800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
