CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

1         Case FIR No. 16/16 dated 16/01/16  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.    Sundernagar  by  SI  Vijay  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 16/01/16  he  was on patrolling   alongwith other police officials  at Shikari  and during the course of patrolling he recovered  5000  ML Illicit Liquor  from the possession of  Smt.  Kala Devi  W/O  Late. Sh. Ram Singh  R/O  Shikari PO  Kalouhad Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) .  SI  Nand  Lal  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

2          Case FIR No. 06/16 dated 16/01/16  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt.  Meena Devi W/O Sh. Param  Dev  R/O  Choura PO  Kuffri Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 16/01/16  Dev Raj  obstructed  her way and beat her  up and also threatened  her with  dire consequences.  ASI  Ramesh Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS , MISCHIEF AND INTIMIDATION

 

3         Case FIR No.  09/16  dated  17/01/16  U/S  451, 427 , 504  IPC  has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Sh.  Raman Kumar  S/O Sh.  Sohan Singh R/O  Siyunpehar Sub-Tehsil Dharampur  Distt. Mandi  (HP)  that on 16/01/16   when he was present  in his Wine shop  at   Marhi,  in the mean time  Sawaran Singh  S/O Sh. Gopal Singh  entered in his shop and  broke  10 bottles of  liquor .  ASI Bidhi Chand  I.O. of P.S. Dharampur is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

 4        Case FIR No. 13/16 dated 16/01/16 IU/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Paras Malhotra S/O Sh. Ramesh Chand Malhotra R/O House No.  156/07  Upper Samkhetar  Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 16/01/6  he  was going to his home and when reached near  Seri Munch , in the mean time  an Alto Car(HP33B-0584)   which was driven by  Unike  Kaushik S/O Sh. Harinder Pal Kaushik R/O  Bananu PO  Gumanu Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi , came rashly  from  Gandhi Chowk side and  hit  a  Scooty  which was ridden by  Matul  Mahajan S/O Sh. Sita Ram  Distt. Mandi (HP)   and who  sustained  injuries .  HC  Dola   Ram  No. 869  I.O. of PP City  Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

5         Case FIR No. 06/16  dated 17/01/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Joginderngar on the complaint of  Sh. Hans Raj  S/O Sh.  Shanti Ram   R/O Tulah   Tehsil Lad-Bharol  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  16/01/16  he   alongwith Jagdish Chand,  Chet Ram,  Choudhary  Ram , Anjana Devi  were  coming back to their home    by Jeep  which was driven by  Tambo Ram  and  when they reached near  Beru  Mode , in the mean time  driver of said vehicle   lost control  on said   Jeep and  fell down  about 10/15 feet downward  from the road as a  result  he sustained injuries  along with other   occupants .  ASI  Sandeep Kumar I/C of PP  Lad- Bharol  is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

 

1.  149 Challans   were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 17,500/- was recovered and 13 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
