CRIME REPORT ON 23 JAN.

                                                    

INCIDENT OF FIRE

1          Today  at about 2:30 AM  a  fire incident  took place due to  electric short  circuit  at  Village  Lapas near  Barot  under the jurisdiction of Police Station Padhar  as a result   7 houses    of  said village   burnt  and  no any causality  took place  nor  there  any loss  to  cattle or livestock.  However   two person namely   Miss. Anita  Devi  D/O Sh. Prem Singh  age  15 years  and  Miss Rani  D/O  Sh.  Bhikham Singh  both  are the resident of same locality, sustained  simple  injuries.    Sh.  Anil  Kumar  Dhoulta SDPO  Padhar  also  visited the spot  and  supervised the rescue  operation .

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 2         Case  FIR No.  10/16  dated 22/01/16  U/S 341, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Dharampur on the complaint of Smt.  Meera  Devi  W/O Late. Sh.  Jagdish Narayan  R/O  Kapahi PO  Sari Tehsil Dharampur  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  22/01/16  when  she was going to temple , in the mean time  Bakhsi Ram  S/O Sh. Damodar Dass  came there ,obstructed her way and  also threatened her with  dire consequences.  HC Sarwan Kumar  No. 61  I.O. of P.S.  Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3          Case FIR No. 22/15 dated 22/01/16  U/S 341, 504, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh.  Chaman Lal  Sharma S/O  Late. Sh. Bansi Ram R/O  Bari  Saggi PO & Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/01/16  he was  coming towards  Sundernagar  by Car(HP31C-2329)  and when they reached  at Bahot, in the mean time  Umesh Sharma &  Ved Raj  obstructed his way  and  abusing  him . HC  Pawan Kumar  No. 919 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is  investigating   the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND  INTIMIDATION 

4          Case  FIR No. 20/16  dated 22/01/16  U/S  341,  323, 504  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Rajesh  Kumar S/O Sh. Rattan Chand  R/O  Sain  PO  Surajpur Bari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  22/01/16  when he was present at Barchwaar in the mean  time  Kissan Chand  S/O Sh.  Rattan chand  R/O  Sain PO   Suprajpur Bari  Tehsil  Sarkahghat  Distt. Mandi obstructed his  way and   beat him up.  ASI  Rajesh  Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 5         Case FIR No. 20/16 dated 23/01/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Nitin Kumar S/O Sh. Balwant Singh  R/O  Marga PO  Baggi Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/01/16  he was  travelling  by  Bus (HP65-1744)   and when reached near Visco Resort , in the mean time  a  Van (HP33-7313)  came rashly  from Mandi side and hit to said bus  as a result  driver of  Van  alongwith a lady who was also seated on said  Van sustained  injuries.  ASI  Chaman Lal  I.O.  of  P.S. Sadar  Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT  AND INTIMIDATION

 

6          Case FIR No. 21/16  dated 22/01/16  U/S  451, 323, 504  IPC has  been  registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Smt.   Prakasho Devi  W/O Sh.  Chaman Lal  R/O  Kasarla Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 22/01/16  she was present in her home, in the mean  time  Ashwani Kumar  entered   in the  courtyard of  her  home and  beat her up and she sustained injuries.  HC Raj  Kumar  No. 49  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

7        7.                  212 Vehicles were  challaned   under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 25,400/-                   was recovered  and  12 challans  were  issued under  COTPA and fine of                  Rs. 1200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
