CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

1          Case FIR No. 03/16 dated 02/01/16 U/S  02/01/16  U/S 39  of  HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar  by  SI  Bhim  Sain that on 02/01/15  he  was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Neri  Nala and  during  the course of patrolling he recovered  3750 ML  Illicit  Liquor  from the possession of  Tawaru Ram S/O  Late Sh.  Het Ram R/O  Bharari P.O.  Chambi Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP).  SI  Bhim  Sain  SHO of  PS BSL  Colony  Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2          Case FIR No. 01/15 dated 02/01/16  U/S 39 of  HP   Excise Act  has been registered in P.S. Karsog   by  ASI  Jhabe Ram  that on 01/01/16  he was on patrolling   alongwith other police officials  at  Jagohati and  during  the course of patrolling he recovered  4  Bottles of  Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Khem  S/O Sh. Hem Chand  R/O  Jagohati PO  Karsog  Tehsil Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP)  ASI  Jhabe Ram I.O. of  P.S.  Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3        Case FIR No. 02/15 dated 02/01/16  U/S 39 of  HP   Excise Act  has been registered in P.S. Karsog   by  SI  Sunil  Kumar SHO of P.S. Karsog   that on 01/01/16  he was on patrolling   alongwith other police officials  at  Kujo Nala and  during  the course of patrolling he recovered  12   Bottles of  Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Angas Raj S/O Karam Singh   R/O  Kujho  PO Marithi  Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) .  SI  Sunil Kumar SHO of P.S. Karsog is investigating  the case.

4          Case FIR No. 01/16  dated 02/01/16  U/S 39 of  HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  by  ASI  Rajender  Thakur  I/C of PP Slapper  that  on 02/01/16  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Soul and   during the course of patrolling he  recovered 4 Bottles of  Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Narpat    S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O  Soul  PO  Batwara Tehsil  Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP) .  ASI  Rajender Thakur  I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the case.

 

   CASE OF EXCISE ACT

    

5          Case FIR No. 02/16  dated 03/01/16  U/S 39 of  HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  by  ASI   Balak  Ram  I.O. of  P.S. Sundernagar that  on 03/01/16  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at   Jugahan and   during the course of patrolling he  recovered  2000 ML  Illicit  Liquor from the possession of  Paras Ram S/O Dumnu Ram R/O Village Kandyah P.O. Jugahan Tehsil Sunder Nagar District Mandi (HP). ASI   Balak  Ram  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF FORGERY, CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY AND CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST

 

6          Case FIR No. 02/16 dated 02/01/16 U/S  467, 468, 471, 409, 120(B)  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Rewat  Ram  S/O Sh. Narain  Singh  R/O  Karnohal PO Sajao Piplu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)   received through  Ld-Court  Sarkaghat U/S   156(3)  Cr. P.C. that  during the year 2012  total  Amount Rs. 5,41,607 /- was sanctioned  for   Panchyat Sajao Piplu for the construction of Link Road  Karnohal to  Harijan Basi . But during   that period  Pradhan Rakesh Kumar,  Member Shella Devi and  Panchayat Secretary misappropriate    the  Govt. Money  by using only  Rs. 1,54,924 /- . SI Manmohan I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat   is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

1.    32  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 10,400 /- was recovered and 1 Challan was issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
