 CASE OF EXTORTION, OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT , RIOTING   AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR   No.  12/16  dated  30/01/16  U/S 384, 342,  323, 147, 149, 506   IPC has been registered in P.S.   Dharampur  on the complaint of Sh.   Niraj Gupta S/O Sh. Rattan Chand  Gupta R/O  Badah PO  Mohal  Tehsil   Kullu (HP) that  on 29/01/16  Pawan Kumar @ Bhagwan R/O  Chamli came  alongwith four persons ,  obstructed him at  PWD  Hut  near   Masoti  Khad  ( Sandhol)  and  beat him up  and   snatched   away  Sum of    Rs 10,000/11,000/-  from him   and also threatened him with dire consequences.  HC  Prem Singh  No. 75  I.O.  of  PP Sandhol is  investigating the case.

CASE OF   CHEATING AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

2          Case FIR No. 14/16 dated 29/01/16 U/S 420, 120(B)   IPC has been  registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dinesh  Kumar  S/O Sh. Bhagi Rath R/O   Suja PO  Matroo Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  Suresh   Sharma  R/O  Parage –Da- Galu Tehsil  Jai Singhpur Distt. Kangra (HP) &  Chasan Sharma S/O Sh. Suresh Sharma  R/O   Parage-Da-Galu  Tehsil Jaisinghpur  Distt. Kangra (HP)   are  running a Hotel   namely Sea Chinar at Parage-Da- Galu and they have   also publish  the false advertisement in Amarujala  during the Dec. 2014 for   Job in abroad  and   complainant  had paid  Rs.  75,000 -/  from  Nov. 2014 to   till date . But   said persons    could  not convert his  tourist visa  into  working  visa . SI Kuldeep I/C of PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

3          Case FIR No. 8/16 dated 29/01/16 U/S  323, 325  IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of  Smt. Ruki Devi  W/O Sh. Prem Singh R/O  Kandha PO  Dabehar Sub-Tehsil Bali Chowki Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/12/15   Sobha Ram   resident of same locality beat him up  and he sustained injuries.  HC Durga Dass  No. 408  I.O. of PP Balichowki   is  investigating the case.

CASE OF  EXCISE  ACT

4          Case FIR No. 29/16 dated 29/01/16  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint  of Sh. Ashok  Kumar I/C of PP  Kotli  that on 29/01/16  that  he was patrolling  he was on patrolling   alongwith other  police officials   at  Kotli Bazzar   and during the course of patrolling he recovered  6 Bottles of  English Wine from the  possession of  Roop Lal S/O Sh. Biri Singh  R/O   Dhawali PO Pehad Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) .  ASI  Ashok Kumar  I/C of  PP Kotli  is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5          Case FIR No. 31/16 dated 29/01/16 U/S 451, 323, 504  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh.  Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Koula Ram R/O  Pahalwan PO Jamni Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 28/01/16  Netar Singh S/O Sh. Saju Ram resident of same locality  entered in his courtyard and  beat him up . HC Hosiyar Singh  No. 891  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6          Case FIR No. 28/16 dated 29/01/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registere in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Mohan Lal S/O Sh. Kanshi Ram R/O  Kotlu PO Galma Tehsil Balh Distt.  Mandi   that  on  29/01/16  he was  going  to his home and when reached near  Police Assistance  Room   Nerchowk, in the mean time a Car(HP33-0140)  came rashly from Dadour side, hit  him  and he sustained injuries.  HC  Dharmender No. 77  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1.  120   Vehciles were  challaned  under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 11,300/- was recovered  and  28 challans  were  issued under COTPA  Act  and fine of Rs. 2800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
