CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
1 Case FIR No. 22/16 dated 25/01/16 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Dharam Chand S/O Sh. Kapura Ram R/O Darkaoti PO Touni Devi Tehsil Touni Devi Distt. Hamirpur (HP) that on 25/01/16 he was coming by Car(HP31C-1230) alongwith his wife and when they reached at Kalkhar, in the mean time a Vehicle(HP01M-2234) came from Nerchowk side , obstructed their way and beat them up and they sustained injuries . SI Ashwani Kumar I/C of PP Hatli is investigating the case.

2 Case FIR No. 11/16 dated 26/01/16 U/S 341, 451, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kuldeep Singh S/O Late. Sh. Raj Kumar R/O Sanda PO Ootpur Tehsil Lad- Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP) that today when he was going to his shop, in the mean time Dinesh , Kanchana Devi & Vinod Kumar all the resident of same locality, obstructed his way and also entered in his shop and beat him up, he sustained injuries and threatened him with dire consequences. HC Mangat Ram No. 898 I.O. of PP Lad- Bharol is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
210 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 28,900/- was recovered and 11Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
