CRIME REPORT 27 JAN.

                                               

CASE OF NDPS ACT

1          Case FIR No. 26/16 dated 26/01/16  U/S 20 of  NDPS Act   has been registered  in P.S.  Sadar  by  ASI Hem Raj incharge Police Post Pandoh that  on 26/01/16  he laid a nakka alongwith other police officials   near Pandoh  and  during the  course of  checking of  Bus (HP65-3981)  he  recovered  500 Gram Charas from the possession of  Ranjan S/O Sh. Kuldeep Singh  R/O  Nagehad Tehsil Baijnath Distt. Kangra age 23 years old.   ASI  Hem Raj  I/C of PP  Pandoh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND  CRIMINAL  INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No. 27/16 dated 27/01/16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered  in  P.S. Sadar on the  complaint  of Sh. Desh Raj  Sharma S/O Sh. Dalip Chand Sharma R/O Gawad PO  Baggi Tehsil Nerchowk Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 26/01/16  he was going to  Sain Muhalla in the mean time  three unknown persons came  there and obstructed his way, beat him up and also threatened  him with dire consequences.  HC Manoj Kumar  No. 50  I.O. of PP City is investigating  the case.

CASE OF (PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES ACT)

3         Case FIR No. 13/16 dated 26/01/16 U/S 3(1)(X)(XI) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act (Prevention of Atrocities) Act   & U/S 506  IPC   has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of  Smt. Kamla Devi   R/O  Samlara PO  Nihri   Sub-Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  18/01/16  she  alongwith  Pooja Devi went to  Rag   Forest  to collect the  dry  wooden for domestic use, in the mean time  a person namely  Lala  Ram S/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O  Tikar PO Nihri came  there and asked them  why they come in  the particular Forest  Area as  it is banned/bound areas and  during  the course of  conversation he  also   abused  them by  caste based  words and also threatened   them  with  dire consequences.

 

  CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

4          Case FIR No. 12/16 dated 26/01/16  U/S  283  IPC   has been registered in  P.S.  Jogindernagar  by HC  Mangat Ram No. 898  I.O. of  P.P.  Lad- Bharol  that he  was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Lad-  Bharol  Bazar and during the course of patrolling he    found that  a  Rehri was laid on the road by   Dharam Pal  S/O Sh. Sukh Pal  S/O Sh.  Sukh  Lal  R/O  Batari Tehsil  Baba  Bakala Distt. Amritsar (PB) which is causing  obstruction to the general public as well as traffic .  HC Mangat Ram No. 898  I.O of PP  Lad- Bharol is investigating  the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION     

5          Case FIR No. 26/16  dated 26/01/16  U/S 341, 323, 506  IPC has  been registered in  P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Anita Thakur W/O Sh.  Nota Ram R/O  Garauru PO  Kalkhar Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 26/01/16  Lekh  Ram S/O Sh. Hukkam  Chand   obstructed her way, beat her up and also threatened her with dire consequences.  HC Raj Kumar   No. 27  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 6         Case FIR No. 24/16 dated 26/01/16 U/S 39   of HP  Excise Act has  been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  by SI  Rajesh Kumar I.O. of  P.S. Sarkaghat he was on patrolling  at  Ropa Thathar and during the  course of patrolling he recovered  1 Bottle  of Country  Liquor and  1 Bottle of English Wine  from the possession of Chandu Ram S/O Relu Ram R/O Ropa Thathat  PO  Bhambla  Tehsil   Baldwara  Distt. Mandi (HP) .  SI Rajesh Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS,  HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7          Case FIR No.25/16 dated 27/01/16 U/S 451, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  on the complaint of Smt.Draumpti Devi W/ O Sh.  Hans Raj R/O Surajpur Bari  Tehsil   Sarkaghat  Distt. Mand(HP)  that on 24/01/16  Jamuna Devi W/O  Sh. Nand Lal   resident of the same locality entered in  her  home and beat her up and also threatened her with dire consequences  . SI Manmohan Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

  1. 72  Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 6300/- was recovered and 8 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
