Case FIR No. 09/16 dated 19/01/16 U/S 341,323,147,148,149,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Bali Ram S/O Sh. Manglu Ram Vill. Bhamar PO Ruhmani Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi (HP) that on 18/01/16 at 07:00PM he was coming his home from work and and when he reached beside his home Rakesh Kumar, Ravinder Kumar, Gyan Chand , Partap Chand, Roshan Lal, Seema Devi, Mathura Devi and Jamna Devi obstructed his way, beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences and he sustained injuries. ASI Jeet Singh I/C PP Janjehli is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
Case FIR No. 10/16 dated 20/01/16 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS BSL Colony on the complaint of Sh. Mahinder Kumar S/O Sh. Lajje Ram R/O Barbali PO Saroa Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/01/16 he was coming his home from Kalhani along with Nant Ram by a car (HP01M-2108) and car was driven by Jagdish Chand S/O Sh. Kishan Chand R/O VPO Saroa, Tehsil Chachiot, Distt. Mandi (HP)and when they reached at Bagalyara at7:40 PM, the driver of car lost control on the car and fell down about 150 Feet from the road. In this accident all of them sustained injuries. ASI Jeet Singh I/C PP Janjehli is investigating the case.
CASE OF FOREST ACT
Case FIR No. 10/16 dated 19/01/2016 U/S 32, 33 I.F. Act & 379 IPC has been registered in BSL Colony Sundernagar by SI Bhim Sain SHO PS BSL Colony that on 19/01/2016 at about 1:00 PM he get a secret information from reliable resources about the possession of illegal wooden. On this he along with other Police official raided in the house of Jitender Kumar R/O Bhakha, Sub Tehsil Nihri, District Mandi (HP) and recovered 31 frame and 2 slipper of Cedar wood and one sewing machine along with diesel engine . Accused Jitender Kumar has been arrested in this case. SI Bhim Sain SHO PS BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

Case FIR No. 14/16 dated 19/01/16 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Balvinder Kumar S/O Sh. Sher Singh Village Chayara, PO Gutker, Teshil Sadar, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/01/16 at 7:00 PM at his home Devi Roop and his son Sanjay obstructed his way beat him up and also threatened him and he sustained injuries. HC Ram Singh I/O PS Sadar is investigating the case.

Case FIR No. 16/16 dated 20/01/16 U/S 420, 467, 471 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Shyam Lal S/O Sh. Nokhu Ram R/O Sanyardh Tehsil Sadar Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) received through Ld- Court ACJM Court No- 1 Mandi U/S 156(3) Cr. P.C. that Jagwal S/O Sh. Lekh Raj R/O Sanyardh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) has made the forged domicile Certificate with the help of halka Patwari. ASI Gobind Pal I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi (HP) .
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
Case FIR No. 15/16 dated 19/01/16 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Sanjeev Pathania S/O Late Sh. Samsher Singh Pathania Village Manyana PO Tilli Tehsil Sadar by a Scooter (HP33A-8457) and when they reached near Bhima Kali Temple at 7:15 PM an Auto came from wrong side very rashly and hit their scooter and ran from the spot. Ashish sustained injuries. HC Vijay Kumar I/O PS Sadar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CHEATING AND CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST
Case FIR No 19/16 dated 19/01/16 U/S 420,406 IPC has been registered in PS Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Khushi Ram S/O Sh. Chet Ram Village Dhartha PO KaoTehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/10/14 he replaced his EON car with Sumo Gold in exchange offer at HI TECH SATLUJ MOTORS PVT. LTD. Branch at Sanrali. After few days he called by branch along with vehicle Sumo Gold at head office Mandi, in office they took his Sumo Gold in their possession by saying that it could not be finaced .After this he requested them many time to returned his EON car or Sumo Gold but no action has been taken by above branch .H C Ashok Kumar I/O PS Karsog is investigating the case.

Case FIR No. 19/16 dated 19/01/16 U/S 20,29 ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Sundernagar by HC Tek Chand that on 19/1/16 he was on Nakabandi along with other police officials at Pungh barrier. At about 5:45 PM he checked a m/cycle (HP34 B -7004) and recovered 1kg 250 gm Charas from the possession of Tosam Kumar S/O Sh. Jagar Nath Vill. Jana, PO Archhndi, Tehsil & Distt. Kullu and Rahul Deshwal S/O Sh. Jagdish Deshwal, R/O Ho. No. 254/12 Tilak Nagar Distt Rohtak (Haryana). HC Tek Chand I/O PS Sundernagar is investigating the case.

Narayanu Ram, Village Sai PO Jugahan, Tehsil SunderNagar, Distt. Mandi (HP) that today at about 12:30 PM When she was at her house in the mean time Jagdish S/O Mahant Ram Village Kandyah and Sonu S/O Prem Sukh Village Sai entered in her house, beat her up and abused her, and she sustained injuries. HC Pawan Kumar I/O PS Sundernagar is investigating the case.

Armala, ( Choi) PO Chalarag, Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/01/16 he was going Machyal to Rashan depot in the mean time his son-in-law Kashmir Singh S/O Sh. Sunder Singh Vill Panjaltar, PO Kuthera, Tehsil Jogindernagar, Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and abused him. He also beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Rajesh Kumar I/C PP Bassi isi nvestigating the case.
CHALLANS
181 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 15900/- was recovered and 05 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered and 02 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
