CASE OF (PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES ACT)
1. Case FIR No. 14/16 dated 18/01/16 U/S 447,427 IPC & U/S 03 of SC/ST Act has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Narender Kumar S/O Sh. Kali Ram, R/O VPO Ratti, Tehsil Balh, Distt. Mandi (HP) that Ram Singh and Jagdish R/O VPO Ratti is constructing a three storey building near his house. On 18/01/16 Ram Singh and Jagdish entered in his land and broke the water outlet plastic pipe of his house and they also threatened him on caste basis. ASI Jagdish Kumar I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No 18/16 dated 19/01/16 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in Police Station Karsog, on the complaint of Sh. Payre Lal S/O Sh. Dolat Ram Village Salana, PO Maihandi, Tehsil Karsog, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/01/16 he was going from Karsog to his home by a jeep (HP62-2963) and when they reached at Jong, the driver Dola Ram lost control on the jeep and fell down from the road, both of them sustained injuries in the accident. ASI Amar Singh I/O PS Karsog is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
3. 241 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 27700/- was recovered and 12 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1200/- was recovered and 04 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 25800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
