CASE OF NDPS ACT

 

1         Case FIR No. 01/16 dated 01/01/16 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in P.S.  Balh  by  SI  Kuldeep Chand  I.O. of P.S. Balh  that on 01/01/15  he   laid a nakka  alongwith other police officials at  Nagchalla and  during the course of  checking of  Private Bus (HP65-5209)  which was on its  route from  Mandi to Gohar  and  he  recovered  a  unclaimed  bag containing  207 Grams  Charas  .  SI  Kuldeep  Chand  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

2          Case FIR No. 2/16 dated 01/01/16  U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  on the  complaint of  Sh.  Ramesh Kumar  S/O Sh. Ludarmani R/O  Dolra PO  Baryara Tehsil  Sadar  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  01/01/16  he was  coming  back to  his home  and reached near  Katwarhar,  then   a Car (HP31A-3333)  came rashly  from  Khad-Kalyana  side , in the mean time driver of said car lost the control on the said car and fell downward from the road and all the five occupants  who were boarded on  said car  sustained injuries.  ASI  Ashok Kumar  I/C  of  PP  Kotli is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

3          Case FIR No. 01/16  dated  01/01/2016  U/S 39 of HP   Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Padhar  by  SI   Vinod  Thakur  that  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  and  during the course of patrolling he recovered   12 Bottles  of Country  Liquor  &  12 Bottles of  beer from the possession of  Ram Dass  S/O Sh. Tonti Ram R/O  Kaao PO  Boching  Tehsil  Padhar  Distt. Mandi (HP). SI  Vinod  Thakur    SHO of P.S.  Padhar is  investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

 

4         Case FIR No. 2/16 dated 01/01/15  U/S 341, 323, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Padhar on the complaint of     Miss  Reena  Devi  D/O Sh.  Tek  Chand  R/O  Sahlana PO  Chukku Tehsil  Padhar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on 01/01/16 at about  4:45  PM   5/6 unknown persons obstructed   her  way and    beat her up  and she  sustained  injuries.  HC  Roop  Lal  No.  56  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

5          Case FIR No. 01/16 dated  01/01/16 U/S 283  IPC has been registered in P.S.  BSL Colony  Sundernagar  by  HC  Sanjeev  Kumar  No. 879  that  he was on patrolling he  alongwith other police officials at BBMB Colony Sundernagar  and  during the  course of patrolling he  found that a  Rehari  was laid on the road by  Anil Kumar  S/O Sh. Ram Pal Singh  R/O  Kaindi PO  Nameni  Tehsil  Kasganj (UP)  which was causing obstruction to the general  public as well as traffic.  HC  Sanjeev  Kumar  No.  879  I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar is investigating  the  case.

 

CASE OF  PUBLIC  SAFETY

 

6          Case FIR No.  02/16  dated 02/01/16 U/S 283  IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by  HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 879  that  on  02/01/16   he was on  patrolling  alongwith  other police officials  at   Tail Control   Sundernagar  and during the course of patrolling he  found    that a  Rehari  was laid on the  road  by  Durgesh Kumar  S/O Sh. Jamuna Dass  R/O House No.  246  Devpur PO  Shiradhpura Tehsil  Sahavar Distt.  Kasganj(UP)  which  was  causing obstruction to the general public as  well as traffic.  HC  Sanjeev Kumar  No. 879  I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND MISCHIEF

 

7         Case FIR No. 01/16  dated 02/01/16  U/s  341,  323, 427  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Dharmpal S/O Sh. Jai  Singh  R/O  Jodhan PO  Sajao Piplu  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/01/16  he was  going  along with  his friend  Ashwani  Kumar  by  Car  (HP28-9454)   and reached   near  Sajaio, in the mean time  unknown Motor Cycle rider   obstructed their way  and  beat him up and  also broke the  mirror of  his car.  SI   Satish  Kumar  I.O. of P.S.  Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

8         Case FIR No.  3/16 dated  02/01/16  U/s 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Dharampur on the complaint of  Krishan  Chand  S/O Sh.  Ram  Singh  R/O  Thati PO  Kot  Sub-Tehsil  Dahrampur Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  he was  going to his home , in the mean time  Amit Kumar  S/O Sh. Krishan Chand  resident of same locality obstructed his way and  beat her up and  also threatened him with dire consequences.  ASI  Bidhi  Chand  I.O. of  P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case.

9         Case FIR No. 02/16 dated  02/01/16 U/S  341, 323, 34  IPC has been registered in  P.S. Dharampur on the  complaint of  Amit  Kumar  S/O Sh.  Krishan Chand  R/O  Thati PO Kot Tehsil Dharampur  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  01/01/06  he was going to his home , in the mean time  Krishan Chand  resident of the same locality  obstructed his way and beat him up.  ASI Bidhi  Chand  I.O. of P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case.
