CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 05/16 dated 14/01/2016 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Khinthu Ram S/O Sh. Bhime Ram R/O Baryogi Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/01/2016 he was present in his shop, in the mean time Dagi Ram S/O Sh. Sangat Ram R/O Vill. Bhekhely PO Janjehali Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Jeet Singh I.O. of P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 12/16 dated 13/01/16 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Praeep Kumar S/O Sh. Tej Singh R/O Vill. Banyat PO Randhara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/01/2015 at about 07.30 PM he was coming from Batahan along with his friend Surender Kumar by his scooter (HP29-1698), in the mean time Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Hukam Chand and his brother Param Dev and his wife obstructed his way and beat him up. SI Jau Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 18/16 dated 14/01/2016 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Rajeev Kumar S/O Sh. Hem Raj R/O Vill. Lower Thana PO Jahamat Tehsil Baldwara District Mandi (HP) that on 13/01/2016 Bidhi Chand S/O Sh. Sarwan Kumar R/O Vill. Lower Thana Tehsil Baldwara District Mandi (HP) stop his way and beat him up. SI Karan Jeet Singh Incharge P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

   CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No. 10/15 dated 14/01/2015 U/S 451,323,504506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Chet Ram S/O Sh. Moti Ram R/O village Kot PO Churag Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/01/2015 he was in his room, in the mean time Raj Kumar entered in his courtyard and beat him up. ASI Amar Singh P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 CASE OF KIDNAPPING

   5. Case FIR NO. 11/15 dated 14/01/2015 U/S 363 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of a person resident of Village Bakhurndha PO Seri Banglow Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/01/2015 his minor daughter aged 17 years old) kidnapped by some unknown culprits. ASI Jhabe Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

6. Case FIR No. 12/15 dated 14/01/2015 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karosg on the complaint of Sh. Khem Raj S/O Sh. Bahadur Singh R/O Vill. Kot PO Churag Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/01/2015 Chet Ram, Dila Ram, Devinder and  Mohan Lal obstructed   way of his son Raj Kumar and and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences. ASI Thakur Dass Incharge P.P. Pangna is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, MISCHIEF AND INTIMIDATION

7. Case FIR No. 8/16 dated 14/01/2016 U/S 341,427,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Kaul Singh S/O Sh. Chuha Ram R/O Serlakhabu PO Thina Galu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/01/2015 Yogesh Kumar S/O Sh. Panna Lal R/O Serla Khabu obstructed his way and beat him up and also broke the windshield of his car (HP33E-9496). HC Raj Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

8. 207  Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 18,400 /- was recovered,  9 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 900 /- was recovered  and 5  challans  were issued under  Mining Act  and fine of  Rs. 8600/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
