1 Case FIR No. 10/16 dated 08/01/16 U/S 3 of Protection of Civil Right Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Baldev Chand S/O Sh. Basanta Ram R/O Jukain PO Nabahi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/01/16 he alongwith his family were present at Mahunag Temple at Smahal , in the mean time, priest of said temple came there and sent them out side from the temple by saying that you are belonging from lower caste . ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

Padhar by HC Rajender Kumar No. 51 I.O. of PP Kamand that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Kammand and during the course of patrolling he found that a heap of sand and concrete was laid on the road by Brij Lal S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Vill. Neri PO Kamand Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic . HC Rajender Kumar I.O. PP Kamand is investigating the case.

Padhar by HC Karam Singh No. 24 I.O. of PP Kamand that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials and during the course of patrolling he found that a heap of materiel for construction of building was laid on the road by Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Hari Ram R/O Jandpal Thati Tehsil Malbal Distt. Jammu( J&K) which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic. HC Karan Singh I.O. of PP Kamand is investigating the case.

Sarkaghat by ASI Chiranji Lal I/C of PP Hatli that on 08/01/16 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Baldwara Bazzar and during the course of patrolling he found that a rehari was laid on the road by Devender Kumar S/O Sh. Kaurav Pal R/O Badwali Kala P.O. Nawani Tehsil & Distt. Tassgaj (UP) which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic . 6 Case FIR No. 05/16 dated 08/01/16 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Bhola Dutt S/O Sh. Tara Chand R/O Kot PO Churag Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/01/16 he alongwith his brother namely Bala Ram were going to Churag, in the mean time Bablu came there, obstructed their way and beat them up and they sustained injuries. ASI Swaroop Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

7 Case FIR No. 06/16 dated 08/01/16 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rajender S/O Sh. Anek Ram R/O Jaral PO Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/01/16 his son namely Hitesh Kumar beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Bhal Chand No. 542 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

8 Case FIR No. 07/16 dated 08/01/16 U/S 447, 323, 504, 506, IPC has been registered in P.S. Sunderangar on the complaint of Sh. Balak Ram R/O Pathkan PO Dehar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/01/16 Bhim Singh resident of the same locality entered in his land and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Prabhakar Sharma No. 842 I.O. of PP Dehar is investigating the case.

9 Case FIR No. 07/16 dated 09/01/16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Raman Dhiman S/O Sh. Devinder Raj Dhiman R/O House No. 199/12 Ram Nagar Mandi Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/01/16 he alongwith Manish Kumar were going to their home by Car(HP49-0087) and when they reached near Do-Amb , in the mean time a Bolero Jeep came from back side and obstructed their way and 3-4 persons came out and beat up both of them and also threatened them with dire consequences. SI Jai Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
10 Case FIR No. 08/16 dated 08/01/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Brij Lal I.O. of PP Dehar that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at at Kalhog and during the course of patrolling he recovered 6000 ML Country Liquor from the possession of Shyam Lal S/O Sh. Sudama Ram R/O Kalhog PO Taleli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Brij Lal I/C of PP Dehar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
11 Case FIR No. 09/16 dated 09/01/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by SI Manmohan Singh that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Sai and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5000 ML Illicit Liquor from the possession of Hans Raj S/O Sh. Arjun Singh R/O Sai PO Jugahan Tehsil Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi . ASI Brij Lal I/C of PP Dehar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
12 Case FIR No. 06/15 dated 08/01/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by ASI Thakur Dass I/C of PP Pangna that on 08/01/16 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Pangna and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Deep Kumar S/O Sh. Ajit Singh R/O Kalasshan PO Marothi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI Thakur Dass I/C of PP Pangna is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
13 135 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 14,300/- was recovered 2 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 200 was recovered and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 1200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
