1 Case FIR No. 04/16 dated 24/01/16 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by HC Hari Singh No. 407 I.O. of P.S. Aut that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Jhalogi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 260 Gram Charas from the possession of Mandeep Singh S/O Late. Sh. Kulwinder Singh R/O House No. 5C/81 New Rohtak Road Karol Bag ( Delhi) age 35 years old . Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by HC Hari Singh No. 407 I.O. of P.S. Aut

2 Case FIR No. 05/16 dated 25/01/16 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by HC Yoginder Pal No. 39 of P.S. Aut that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Jhalogi and during the course of checking of Car (HP01D-4836) he recovered 1 KG. Charas from the possession of Smt. Anita W/O Sh. Daljeet Singh R/O Jhaklibehar Tehsil Baijnath Distt. Kangra(HP) & Driver Ravi Kumar S/O Sh. Ghandi Ram R/O Tharu PO Paprola Tehsil Baijnath Distt. Kangra (HP). Both Accused have been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by HC Yoginder Pal No. 39 I.O. of P.S. Aut.

3 Case FIR No. 24/16 dated 24/01/16 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by HC Manoj Kumar No. 50 I.O. of PP City that on 24/01/16 he laid a nakka alongwith other police officials at Pulgharat and during the course of nakkabandi he recovered 300 Gram Charas from the possession of Sonu Kumar S/O Sh. Surender Singh R/O House No. 10-A Gali No. 14 Vipin Garden Extinction Uttam Nagar West Delhi age 22 years old. HC Manoj Kumar No. 50 I.O. of PP City is investigating the case.

4 Case FIR No. 25/16 dated 24/01/16 U/S 21 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Sadar on 24/01/16 at about 7:05 PM he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Tibetan Market and during the course of patrolling he recovered 48 Gram Heroin from the possession of Rahul Sharma S/O Lekh Raj R/O Chalahar PO Gutkar Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ( PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMAL)ACT
5 Case FIR No. 11/16 dated 25/01/16 U/S 11 of ( Prevention of Cruelty to Animal ) Act has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Subhash Chand S/O Late. Sh. Hari Singh R/O Upper Sohar PO Sandhol Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is District Chairman of Cow-Sadan. Today he visited the Cow-Sadan ( Balla) Sandhol and found that Chowkidar namely Roop Lal & Pradhan Bhim Singh did not care properly said Cow- Sadan as a result maximum of Cow has died. HC Prem Singh No. 75 I.O. of PP Sandhol is investigating the case.

Kangra(HP) at present Superintendent Post office Mandi Division Mandi that Naveen Rana S/O Sh. Ghanshyam Lal Rana R/O Kathed PO Devdhar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi who is working as a Gramin Dak Sewak at Bagachanogi Branch and during his job ( from 14/10/13 to till now) he spent the money of depositor for personal use. HC Sarwan Kumar I.O. of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

Mandi (HP) that on 24/01/16 Hari Singh , Satish Kumar, Hem Singh & Biri Singh resident of same locality entered in his land and beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Gian Chand I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

9 Case FIR No. 8/16 dated 25/01/16 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Lala Ram S/O Sh. Naradu R/O Tandu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/01/16 his brother Krishan Chand came alongwith his son namely Surrender Kumar & Koul Sigh , obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences. Mandi (HP) came alongwith his son namely Nikhil, obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Devender No. 80 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

Mandi (HP) that on 24/0/16 he was parking his Car(HR29Q-9178) near Mahadev Shiv Temple , in the mean time a Car (HP31B-2150) came rashly and hit to his car and ran away from the spot . HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 879 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

13 Case FIR No. 24/16 dated 24/01/16 U/S 341, 323 , 147 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Hariya Ram R/O Bhour PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he alongwith Hans Raj were going to home , in the mean time Ram Lal came alongwith Roop Lal , Sunny , Jethu & Lucky and obstructed their way and beat them up . HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
135 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 20,600 /- was recovered and 19 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1900/- was recovered and 3 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 2700 -was recovered during last 24 hours.
