CASE OF NDPS ACT
1 Case FIR No. 11/16 dated 23/01/16 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by SI Bhim Sain SHO of BSL Colony Sundernagar that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Snanghat link Road Dhanotu and during the course of patrolling he recovered 340 Grams Charas from the possession of Gian Chand S/O Sh. Pyare Lal R/O Diyanthala PO JaluGran Tehsil Bhunter Distt. Kullu(HP) age 23 years old . SI Bhim Sain SHO of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF NDPS ACT
2 Case FIR No. 23/16 dated 24/01/16 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by Insp. Sanjeev Kumar SHO of P.S. Balh that on 23/01/16 he laid a nakka alongwith other police officials at Nagchalla and during the course of checking of HRTC Bus(HP66A-1465) which was on its route Manali to Dehradun, he recovered 750 Grams Charas from the possession of Hari Singh S/O Sh. Tara Chand R/O Samalag PO Dogri Tehsil Sadar Distt. Kullu (HP) age 20 years old . Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by Insp. Sanjeev Kumar SHO of P.S. Balh.
CASE OF NDPS ACT
3 Case FIR No. 21/16 dated 23/01/16 U/S 20,29 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by SI Jai Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar that on 23/01/16 he laid a nakka alongwith other police officials at Sukkibain and during the course of checking of a Car(HR31H-5859) he recovered 1Kg.154 Grams . Charas from the possession of Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Loggu Ram R/O Galyahad PO Bathad Tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu age 40 years old & Ravi Kumar S/O Sh. Ramesh Chand R/O Jadola PO Patli Tehsil Gurgoan(HR) age 33 years old . Both accused have been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by SI Jai Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi .
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
4 Case FIR No. 10/16 dated 24/01/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Sandeep Kumar I/C of PP Lad-Bharol that on today he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Dadhon and during the course of patrolling he recovered 6 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Prakash Chand S/O Sh. Damodar Dass R/O Dadhon PO & Tehsil Lad- Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Sandeep Kumar I/C of PP Lad- Bharol is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
5 Case FIR No. 23/16 dated 23/01/16 U/S 46 (B) of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Brij Lal I/C PP Dehar that on 23/01/16 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Kangu and during the course of patrolling he found that a person namely Ravi Kumar S/O Sh. Khem Raj R/O Dawarn was creating the nuisance under the influence of Alcohal at public place Kangu . ASI Brij Lal I/C of PP Dehar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
6 Case FIR No. 03/16 dated 23/01/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Ram Singh S/O Sh. Luharu Ram R/O Kalangar PO Nagwain Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/01/16 he was coming towards Takoli and reached near Reliance Petrol Pump, in the mean time a MotorCycle rider came rashly from Mandi side and hit an Auto Three Wheeler as a result said Motor Cycle rider alongwith two person who were also boarded on said Motor Cycle sustained injuries. ASI Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
CASE OF ATTEMPT TO SUICIDE
7 Case FIR No. 09/16 dated 23/01/16 U/S 309 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Nitu Devi W/O Sh. Brij Mohan R/O Chalharg Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/01/16 she was working in her home , in the mean time she found that her brother-in-law namely Naresh Kumar tried to commit the suicide by burnt himself with kerosene oil . ASI Rajesh Kumar I/C of PP Bassi is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
181 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 19,700/- was recovered and 23 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2300 /- was recovered and 3 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7100 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
