CASE OF NDPS ACT
1 Case FIR No. 28/16 dated 27/01/16 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by ASI Ram Lal I/C of PP City that on 27/1/16 he laid a nakka alongwith other police officials at Pulgharat and during the course of checking of Bus(HP66A-1466) he recovered 2 KG Charas from the possession of Jaswant Sharma @ Pandit S/O Sh. Rattan Lal Sharma VPO Babinia Tehsil Mahendergarh (HR) age 28 years old. ASI Ram Incharge of PP City is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVE
2 Case FIR No. 27/16 dated 28/01/16 U/S 498(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Arjun Singh R/O Thour Jukain PO Nabahi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that Prem Dei @ Lata was married with his brother namely Vinod Kumar . But soon after the marriage his brother Vinod Kumar started to harass Prem Dei physically and mentally by demanding dowry . On 27/01/16 Vinod Kumar again beat to Prem Dei as a result she tried to commit the suicide by consuming some poisonous substance . SI Manmohan Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 Case FIR No. 25/16 dated 28/01/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Yoginder Pal S/O Sh. Hari Singh R/O House No. 31/4 Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/01/16 a Maruti Car (HR26F-0433) came from Mandi side, in the mean time a Motor Cycle Rider (HP31B-1802) came rashly from Slapper side and hit to said car . SI Nand Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
202 Vehciles were challaned under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 28,200 /- was recovered and 13 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1300 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
