CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1          Case FIR No. 95/16   dated 15/06/16 U/S 39 of HP  Excise  Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar   by  ASI   Om Prakash that  on 15/06/16  he was on      patrolling  along with other police officials at  Parwara and during the  patrolling he recovered  11,250 ML  Country  Liquor & 31,200  ML  Beer  from the possession of  Moti Ram S/O Sh. Magru Ram VPO Parwara Tehsil Chachiot District Mandi (HP).  ASI  Om Prakash  I.O. of P.S. Gohar  is investigating the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No. 162/16 dated 15/06/16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sharwan Kumar S/O            Sh. Budhi Ram R/O Khurahal Tehsil Sunderngar District Mandi (HP) that         Manghar Ram S/O Sh Shankar Ram VPO Khurahal Tehsil Sunder Nagar             Distt Mandi (HP)  obstructed his way and beat him up  and also threatened him with dire consequences.  ASI Jeet  Singh  I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL  TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3          Case FIR No. 183/16 dated 15/06/16  U/S  451, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Reena Devi  W/O Sh.        Surat Ram  R/O    Karyal PO  Cholthra Tehsil Sarkaghat District  Mandi (HP) that on 15/06/16  when she was working  in her courtyard, in  the mean time  Amar Singh, Ratni  Devi, Kamlesh Kumar , Anju  Devi  &  Neelam Devi  all the resident of  Karnala PO  Cholthra Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP), entered in her courtyard and  beat her up and she sustained injuries and they also threatened  her with dire consequences.  ASI  Thakur  Ram  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF MOLESTATION

4          Case  FIR  No. 184/16 dated 15/06/16 U/S 354, 354(A), 354(B), 323, 451 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of a lady R/O  Alyana PO  Cholthra Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that  on 15/06/16when she was working in  her courtyard, in the mean time   Surat Ram S/O Sh. Krishan Chand  R/O   Karyal PO Cholthra   District Mandi (HP) entered in her courtyard and  tried  to outrage her modesty.  ASI  Thakur Ram  I.O. of P.S  Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.

CASE OF MOLESTATION, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

5          Case FIR  No. 71/16 dated 15/06/16  U/S  354(D), 341, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar  on the complaint of  a  girl R/O  Vigan PO  Jassal Tehsil  Karsog District Mandi (HP) that  she is studying in  10^th  class  at Behali School and one person namely  Sadiq S/O Sh. Sherdin R/O   Bhalan following her  regularly from  last 15 days . On 13/06/16  when she was  coming from the school, in the mean time  said person obstructed her way and  threatened her with dire consequences.  ASI  Pushap Dev  I/C of PP  Nihari is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

6          Case FIR No. 72/16 dated 16/06/16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of  Smt. Sarswati Devi W/O Sh. Prakash Chand R/O  Palahota PO  Upper Behli Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP)   that on 16/06/16  Hima  Devi & her son  namely  Harish obstructed  her way  and beat  her up and  she  sustained injuries.  HC Vinod Kumar  No. 883 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD  ACCIDENT

7          Case FIR No. 167/16 dated 01/06/16 U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh             on the complaint of  Sh.  Pradeep Kumar S/O Sh. Inderjeet Singh  R/O  Dhoh PO  Nagchalla PO Tehsil  Balh  that on  15/06/16  he along with  his brother  were coming to home  by Motor  Cycle (HP33B-2850)  and  when they reached near Shiv mandir           Nagchala, in the mean time  a Car(HP31A-8063) came rashly from  Mandi  side  and hit    his  motorcycle  as a result  they both fell down on the road and sustained injures and said car driver  sped away from the spot.  ASI  Shamsher Singh  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION

8          Case FIR No. 161/16 dated 16/06/16 U/S 323, 504, 325  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Smt. Kubja  Devi  W/O Sh. Bhikham Ram R/O  Sarwal Saletar Tehsil Kotli District Mandi (HP) that on 10/06/16   her sister-in-law  namely  Neela Devi beat her up and she sustained  injuries.  ASI  Ashok  Thakur I/C of PP Kotli is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1. 186  Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 27,100/- was recovered and 15 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
