CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No. 66/16 dated 25/06/16 U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Aut on the complaint of Sh. Harpreet Singh  S/O Sh. Kishan  Singh  R/O  Adampur District  Jalandhar   that on  24/06/16  he  along with  Charanjeet, Paramjeet, Jitender, Gagandeep Singh  &  Avtar Singh  were  going  to  Manikaran by   Vehicle ( PB07X-0007)  which was driven by  Avtar Singh  and   when  they reached   near  Jawali Mata Temple near  Balichowki, in the mean time   driver of said car lost  control  on said  vehicle  due to rash and negligent  driving  and  fell down  about 50 feet downward from the road  and  all  occupants of said vehicle sustained injuries.  ASI  Mohar Singh  I/C of PP Bali Chowki  is investigating the   case.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

2          Case FIR No. 190/16 dated 25/06/16 U/S  283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  by  SI Ashwani Kumar  Incharge  PP Hatli that   on  25/06/16 he was on  patrolling  along with other police officials  and during the  course of patrolling he   found that   a  Rehari  was laid  on the road  by  Krishan Chand  S/O Sh. Dile Ram  R/O  Noun  Dhar  PO  Kalkhar Tehsil  Baldwara District Mandi (HP)  which  was causing obstruction  to the general  public as well as traffic.  SI  Ashwani  Kumar  I/C of PP Hatli  is investigating the case.

3          Case FIR No. 191/16 dated  25/06/16 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat  by  SI  Ashwani Kumar   Incharge  PP Hatli that on 25/06/16 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Kalkhar and during the course of patrolling he found that  a  Rehari was laid  on the road  by  Ram  Lal  S/O Sh. Mayadhar R/O   Kalkhar  Tehsil  Baldwara  District  Mandi (HP)  which was causing  obstruction to the general public  as well as traffic .  SI  Ashwani  Kumar I/C of PP  Hatli is investigating the case

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

4          Case FIR No. 192/16 dated 25/06/16 U/S  447, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.   Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh.  Masat Ram S/O Sh. Chamru Ram  R/O   Doh  PO  Chowk  Tehsil Baldwara District Mandi (HP) that on 22/06/16  Bansi Lal, Meera Devi, Inder Singh & Sunita Devi  all the resident  of same locality entered in his  land  Khasra No. 188/2   and  cut the  grass.  HC  Prem Singh  No. 75  I.O. of  P.P. Hatli  is investigating the case.

5          Case FIR No.  193/16  dated  25/06/16 U/S  283  IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Sarkaghat  by  SI   Ashwani  Kumar  Incharge  PP Hatli that on 25/06/16 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials  and during the course of patrolling he  found that  a Rehri was  laid on the road  by  Nand Lal S/O Sh. Govind Ram R/O  VPO  Kalkhar Tehsil Baldwara District Mandi (HP) which was causing obstruction to general public as well as traffic.  SI  Ashwani Kumar I/C of PP Hatli is  investigating the case.  

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

6          Case FIR No. 178/16  dated 26/6/16  U/S  451,323  IPC has been registered on the  complaint  of  Sh. Hem Raj S/O  Sh. Chint Ram Saini R/O Village Lunapani PO Bhangrotu Tehsil Balh District Mandi  (HP) that he  is running Medical Store at Lunapani . On 25/6/16 at about 8.15 PM  Besar Singh  R/O  Lunapani  entered  in  his shop and beat him  and he sustained injury. ASI Shamesher Singh I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

7    Case FIR No. 169/16 dated 25/06/16 U/S 336  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Tek Chand S/O Sh. Shiv Ram R/O  Paniyali PO  Khakharyana Tehsil  Balh District Mandi (HP) that   he is  working in the HPSEBL  at  Sundernagar. On  25/06/16  he was  working  along with  Sohan Singh , in the mean time the supply of  electricity   switched  on by  an  employee  of  his  deptt. negligently  as a result  he   alongwith  Sohan Singh  got  huge  electric  shock and sustained injuries.  HC  Harbans No. 68  I.O. of P.S. Sunderangar is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING  WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

8          Case FIR No.  112/16 dated  25/06/16 U/S 341 , 323,  506, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ashish Kumar  S/O Sh. Het Ram R/O  Speda PO  Bihun  Tehsil  Jogidernagar District Mandi (HP) that   on  25/06/16 he was   going   to home , in the mean time  Ramu S/O Sh. Neter  Singh  & Satish  Kumar S/O Sh. Nag Singh   both are the resident of  Khilchri PO  Drubbal Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP)  obstructed  his way and beat him up and they also threatened him with dire consequences. ASI Ashok  Kumar  I.O. of P.S.  Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS , HURT AND  MOLESTATION

 

9          Case FIR No. 166/16 dated 25/06/16 U/S 451, 323, 504, 354(A)  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of   a lady R/O   Badyar PO  Bhargaon  Tehsil  Kotli  District Mandi (HP) that  she is  working   as laborer. On  24/06/16  Ghanshyam S/O Sh. Bir Singh  R/O  Badyar PO  Bhargaon Tehsil Kotli District Mandi  entered in her courtyard and beat her up and  tried to outrage her modesty.  ASI  Ashok  Kumar  I/C of PP Kotli is investigating the case.   

CHALLANS

 10       230  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 39,200/- was recovered and 18  Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
