1 Case FIR No. 159/16 dated 14/06/16 U/S 302 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Jaswant Singh S/O Sh. Balak Ram R/O Luhanu PO Bayla Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that Pakhnu Bhagat & Basant Lohara working as a laborer at Harabag as they were executing the work of Boundary Wall of BBMB authorities' at Harabag Sundernagar . During the intervening night of 13-14/06/16 at about 12:30 AM they both manhandled with each other and Pakhnu Bhagat hit to Basant Lohara with Iron road as result Basant Lohar S/O Kandru Bhagt Dukhi Tolli Vill Dombabira Post Billingbira Thana Palkot, Dombabira, Billingbira Gumla (Jharkhnd) Aged 19 years old sustained injuries and later-on who was declared brought dead by the M.O., C.H. Sundernagar. SI Vijay Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

Ram Dutt R/O Dhartha PO Kao Tehsil Karsog District Mandi (HP) that on 02/06/16 his daughter-n-law namely Prem Lata beat his mother namely Smt. Sawarnu Devi and she sustained injuries. Bhag Chand R/O Takoli PO Panarsa Tehsil Aut District Mandi (HP) that on 13/06/16 he was present in his store at Takoli, in the mean time Sunder Singh & Girdhari Lal resident of same locality obstructed his way and beat him up and when his son namely Sohan Lal tried to escape him then they also beat him up . 5 Case FIR No. 59/16 dated 13/06/16 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Sunder Singh S/O Sh. Bhag Chand R/O Takoli Sub-Tehsil Aut District Mandi (HP) that on 13/06/16 he was going to home by his Car alongwith Tikkam Ram , in the mean time his brother namely Gian Chand came along with his son namely Sohan Lal, Puran Chand & Sanju and beat him up and he sustained injuries and they also threatened him with dire consequences . CASE OF EXCISE ACT
6 Case FIR No. 108/16 dated 13/06/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Ashok Kumar Incharge of PP Bassi that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Kurati and during the course of patrolling he recovered 24 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Tek Chand S/O Sher Singh R/O VPO Kurati Tehsil Joginder Nagar Distt Mandi (HP) . ASI Ashok Kumar I/C of PP Bassi is investigating the case.

228 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 35000/- was recovered and 22 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2200 /- was recovered recovered during last 24 hours.
