CASE OF NDPS ACT

1          Case FIR No. 90/16 dated 07/06/16 U/S 18 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar  by  SI Gopal  Singh   that  he was on patrolling along with other police officials   at Khanornal and  during the course of patrolling he  found that   field possessed by Gokal Chand S/O Amar Singh R/O Vill Bhad PO & Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi  (HP)  cultivated 635  poppy plants illegally in his field . SI  Gopal Singh  I/C of PP  Janjehli  is investigating the case.  

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No. 172/16 dated 06/06/16 U/S 341, 504, 506 IPC has been  registered in P. S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Swaapnil S/O Sh.  Laskari R/O  Dharkothi PO  Toni Devi District Mandi (HP) that on 06/06/16 Karam Sharma S/O Sh. Amar Singh  obstructed his way and beat him up  and also threatened him  with    dire consequences.  ASI   Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY & HURT

3         Case FIR No. 89/16  dated 06/06/16 U/S 341, 323, 34IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Bhupender Pal  S/O Sh. Narender Kumar  VPO  Chailchowk Tehsil Chachiot Distirct  Mandi (HP) that on 05/06/16 Desh Raj & Santosh Kumar  resident of same locality  obstructed his way and beat him up. HC  Chaman Lal  I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4         Case FIR No. 162/16 dated 06/06/16 U/S  279, 337 IPC  & 187  MV Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh. Amarnath R/O Darwathu PO Lohara Tehsil  Balh  District Mandi (HP) that  on 06/06/16  he was  going to his home by   Motor Cycle(HP33B-4520)  along with his  friend  Vivek and when they reached near  Baggi, in the mean time   a Car(HP33A-5759)  came rashly and  hit his Motor Cycle  and sped  away from the  spot .  ASI  Rajender Thakur I.O. of P.S. Balh  is investigating  the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5          Case FIR No. 150/16 dated 06/06/16 U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Kishore Kumar S/O Sh. Vidhi Chand  R/O Pulgharat PO  Ramnagar Tehsil Sadar   Mandi (HP) that on 06/06/16  when he was  standing  outside of  his home , in the mean time a  Truck(HP66-2104) which was driven  by  Naveen  Kumar S/O Sh. Kashmir Singh  R/O Talyahar Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP)  came  rashly  and negligently  and  fell down from  road   near Pulgharat. In  this  accident driver of said truck and conductor sustained injuries.  SI  Ram Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1.  378   Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 57,900/- was recovered and 11 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
