CASE UNDER (PREVENTION OF DAMAGE T O PUBLIC PROPERTY ACT)
Case FIR No. 91/16 dated 10/06/16 U/S 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Chetan Singh S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Lassi PO Chattri Tehsil Thunag District Mandi (HP) presently working as a Govt. Contractor in I & PH Department that on 09/06/2016 Laxman Dass S/O Sh. Mani Ram came alongwith other villagers all the resident of Rudan and they all destroyed the boundary wall of Pump House which was made under the P.L.W. Govt. Scheme and total loss of Govt. property is approximately Rs.1 Lakh. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I.O. of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT
Case FIR No. 92/16 dated11/06/16 U/S 279, 337 , 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh.Husan Kumar S/O Sh. Lal Singh R/O Segli Tehsil Chachiot District Mandi (HP) that on 11/06/16 he along with Chandan Kumar S/O Sh. Kishori Lal R/O Tarour PO Segli Tehsil Chachiot District Mandi (HP)aged 24 years old were coming to home by Car (HP33A-1897) which was driven by Chandan Kumar very rashly and negligently and suddenly he lost control on said car and it fell down about 40-50 feet downward from the road as result they both sustained injuries and brought to CHC Gohar by the local villagers where Chandan Kumar declared brought dead by the M.O. of CHC Gohar. ASI Om Parkash I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
Case FIR No. 176/16 dated 11/06/16 U/S 452, 504, 506 , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Hari Singh R/O Badresa PO Brang Tehsil Sarkaghat Distrct Mandi (HP) that on 10/06/16 he was present in his home, in the mean time Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Khem Chand & Daler Singh S/O Sh. Bhup Singh R/O Badresha PO Brang Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) entered in his home and beat him up and they also threatened him with dire consequences. SI Karanjeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
Case FIR No. 175/16 dated 10/06/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by SI Ashwani Kumar I/C PP Hattli that he was on patrolling along-with other police officials at Batail and during patrolling he recovered 87 Bottles of English Wine & 20 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Bishambar Dass S/O Sh. Ram Saran R/O Manavana Tehsil Baldwara District Mandi (HP). SI Ashwani I/C of PP Hatli is investigating the case.
Case FIR No. 101/16 dated 10/06/16 U/S 341 , 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Rita Devi W/O Sh. Khajana Ram R/O Bhachkehra PO Tikroo Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 10/06/2016 Shushma Devi resident of the same locality obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Hoshiyar Singh I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY
Case FIR No. 102/16 dated 11/05/16 U/S 289 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Beasa Devi W/O Sh. Dola R/O Harad PO Gangoti Tehsil Lad-Bharol District Mandi that on 10/05/2016 pet bull of Skina Devi W/O Late Sh. Mast Ram R/O resident of the same locality hit to her and she sustained injuries. HC Mangat Ram No. 898 I.O. of PP Lad-Bhrol is investigating the case.
CASE OF MOLESTATION
Case FIR No. 50/16 dated 10/06/16 U/S 354 (A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of a lady resident of VPO Kathog Tehsil Padhar District Mandi (HP) that on 09/06/16 when she was going to ration Depot, in the mean time salesman namely Sobha Ram S/O Sh. Nanku Ram R/O VPO Kathog Tehsil Padhar District Mandi (HP) tried to outrage her modesty. SI Vinod Thakur I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
Case FIR No. 165/16 dated 10/06/16 U/S 39(1)(A) of HP of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by Insp. Ranjeet Singh Incharge CIA Mandi that he was on patrolling along-with other police officials at Dolakh and during the course of patrolling he recovered 48 Bottles of Country Liquor & 12 Bottles of English Wine from the possession of Prem Singh S/O Sh. Inder Singh R/O Dolakh PO Bhangrotu Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) . Insp. Ranjeet Singh I/C CIA Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT & CASE UNDER M.V. ACT
Case FIR No. 159/16 dated 10/06/2016 U/S 353,332,34 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HHC Narpat Ram No. 460 at present posted in P.P. City Mandi that on 10/06/2016 that he was on nakka duty along with other police officials near Pulgharat Mandi, in the mean time Car (DL 8CAK 5882) came from Mandi side and when said car was stopped for checking, driver of the car stopped said car on the middle of road, thereafter they at once sped away from the spot and hit him due to which he sustained injuries and also obstructed him from discharging his duty. ASI Ram Lal incharge P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.
10 313 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 83,100 /- was recovered and 16 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1600/- was recovered during last 24 hours
