CRIME REPORT 22 JUNE

                                           

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR No. 74/16 dated 21/06/16  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt.  Khimmi  Devi W/O Sh. Budhi   Ram  R/O  Panjrahan PO  Galu Tehsil Sundernagar Distict Mandi (HP) that on 21/06/16  she  was   going to pay the electricity  bill at Kateru and when she reached  near  Panjrahan, in the mean  time Besar Ram  resident of  the same locality  obstructed her way,  beat her up and  also threatened her with dire  consequences.  HC  Sanjeev  Kumar  I.O. of . P.S.  BSL  Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.   

CASE OF SUICIDE

2          Case FIR No. 100/16 dated 22/06/16 U/S  306  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Lalu Ram  S/O Sh. CharanDass  R/O  Fanipara PO  Sainj  Tehsil  Chachyot   District  Mandi (HP) that  his daughter  namely  Sapna Devi  was  married with  Narender Kumar    R/O Gaward PO  Sainj Tehsil  Chachiot District Mandi (HP) . On  21/06/16  she  committed  the  suicide  by hanging  due to regular harassment of her brother-in-law  namely  Surrinder Kumar.  Insp. Chand  Kishore    SHO of  P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE  OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

3          Case FIR No. 167/16  dated 21/06/16 U/S  279, 337 IPC &  U/S 187 MV Act  has been  registered in  P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vipin  Singh  S/O Sh. Kashmir Singh   VPO  Slapper Tehsil  Sundernagar District Mandi (HP)  that on 21/06/16 a  HRTC  Bus  ( HP64-1410)  which was   coming from   Bilaspur  side  and   tried  to overtake    truck (HP11-6941)   and while   overtaking  of   said bus  hit  complainant's  Car(HP24A-2029) &  another  Car( HP31C-2720)  and there after  said   bus  struck  the wall  alongside the  road .  This  accident  occurred  due to rash and negligent driving  by  driver of   said bus .  HC  Tek Chand  No. 902  I.O. of PP Slapper is investigating  the case.

CASE OF HURT

4          Case FIR No.  163/16 dated  22/06/16 U/S  324, 323  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Smt.  Dhani  Devi  W/O Sh. Prem  Singh  R/O   Gharwahan PO  Kotli  Tehsil  Kotli  Distict  Mandi (HP)  that on 21/06/16  Krishna Devi  W/O Sh. Mohan Singh  resident of same locality  beat  up her daughter-in-law  and  when complainant tried  to escape her , said   Krishna Devi  also beat her up and they both  sustained injuries.  ASI  Ashok  Kumar  I/C of PP Kotli is investigating  the case.  

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND MISCHIEF

5          Case  FIR No. 175/16  dated 22/06/16 U/S  447, 427, 34  IPC  has been registered in  P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Kashmir Singh   Guleria S/O Sh. Beshar Singh  VPO  Bhagrotu  Tehsil  Balh  Distict Mandi (HP) that  Smt.  Revati  Devi  W/O Sh. Desh Pal &  Despal   resident of same locality  both  entered in his land  and  damaged his  crop .  HC   Dhamender No. 77  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

  CASE OF   EXCISE ACT
 

6          Case    FIR No. 174/16 dated  21/06/16 U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh  by  HC  Chaman Lal   No. 29  I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar that   he was on patrolling  along with other police officials at  Leda and during the course of patrolling he recovered  6 Bottles of  Country liquor  from the possession of Pawan Kumar  S/O Gulab Singh  R/O VPO Leda Tehsil Balh  District Mandi (HP). ASI Shamesher Singh  I/O P.S.   Balh is investigating  the case.

7          Case   FIR No.  189/16  dated 22/06/16  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat  on the complaint of Smt.  Sardha Devi W/O Sh. Devi Ram  R/O  Fatoh    Sub-Tehsil  Balichowki  Distict  Mandi (HP) that  on 21/06/16  at about  3PM  Smt. Gayano Devi  came along with his son    Rahual and obstructed her  way and beat her up  and she sustained  injuries .  HC Rajesh  Kumar  No. 407  I.O. of PP Hatli is investigating the case.  

CHALLANS

 8        308  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs.  36,800   /- was recovered and 10  Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1000 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
