CASE OF   CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND MISCHIEF

 

1          Case FIR No. 60/16 dated 14/02/16 U/S  452, 323, 506, 427,34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut on the complaint of  Sh.  Ram  Sharan  S/O Sh. Jaissi  Ram  R/O  Khouli PO  Gadaguasaini  Tehsil Balichowki Distrct Mandi (HP) that on 13/06/16  he  was present in  his  home  along with  his wife, in the mean time  Ramesh Kumar   came along with his wife namely  Tara Devi, entered in his  home  and  beat  them up  and  also  broke the door of  their home and threatened them  with dire consequences.  ASI  Mohar Singh  I/C of PP Balichowki is investigating the case.  

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

2          Case FIR No. 61/16 dated 14/06/16 U/S 279, 337 , 304(A)  IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Tej Ram  R/O  Shinghari PO Ghanyar  Sub-Tehsil Balichowki  District Mandi (HP) that  on  14/06/16  he  was coming back to his home by  Jeep(HP66-4246)  after  selling the vegetables at Takoli , which was driven by  Bablu and  12 occupants  were also sitted  on said  Jeep and when they reached near  Thata, in the  mean time driver of said  Jeep los the  control on  vehicle  and  fell down 150  Mtr. downward  from the road  as a result  three persons namely Chuni Lal  S/O Sh. Dola Ram R/O  Sidhari PO  Ganyar  Sub-Tehsil  Balichowki  District  Mandi aged  56 years old ,Kamal Dev  S/O Sh.  Uttam Ram  R/O  Chet Sojja PO  Chuni Tehsil Thunag  District  Mandi (HP)  aged  42 years old  & Labh Singh  S/O Sh.  Bhagat Ram  R/O Chamras  PO  Ganyar   Sub- Tehsil  Balichowki  aged 48 years old died on the spot  and  other  occupants  sustained injuries .  HC  Durga Dass No. 408  I.O. of PP Balichowki is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3          Case FIR No. 85/16 dated 14/06/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog  by  SI  Sunil Kumar SHO  P.S. Karsog that on 14/06/16  he was on patrolling along with  other police officials at Sanarli and during the course of patrolling he recovered  2250 ML  Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Om Parkash S/O Sh. Bhadru Ram  R/O  Kufridhar PO Karsog District   Mandi (HP) . SI  Sunil Kumar SHO of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4          Case FIR No. 94/16 dated 15/06/16 U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of  Sh. Asha Kumari S/O Sh. Bhim  Singh  R/O  Kalhani PO  Dagail Tehsil Thunag  District Mandi (HP) that  on  14/06/16  he  along with other  person  were  coming    from Shikari Devi  temple  by  Vehicle  (HP65-4863)   which was driven by Dina Nath @ Virernder Kumar S/O Sh Mohar Singh Halin PO Jarol Tehsil Thunag Dsitt Mandi with rashly and negligently  and when they reached  at Bunagi Mod, in the mean time  vehicle's door suddenly opened  and  Gangi   Devi who was also boarded on said vehicle fell  down  on the  road and  sustained injuries.  SI  Gopal Singh  I/C of PP  Janjehli is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST AND CHEATING

5          Case FIR No. 179/16 dated 14/05/16 U/S 406, 420, 403, 421 IPC has been  registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh.  Lalit Sharma presently  Manager Himachal Gramin Bank  that  on 11/04/07 Bhupinder Singh  S/O Sh. Om Chand R/O  Alyana PO  Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distrct Mandi (HP)   had taken the loan amounting to Rs. 1,50000/- according to bank's terms and condition . On 10/09/16   complainant visited the  spot  and   found that  said  farm and borrower  is missing .  ASI  Thakur  Ram  I.O. of  P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.  

CASE OF CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST AND CHEATING

6          Case FIR No. 180/16 dated 14/05/16  U/S 406, 403, 421  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Lalit Sharma  Bank Manager  Himahcal Gramin Bank  Sarkaghat  that  on 17/04/2009    Ram  Lal  S/O Sh. Lal Singh R/O  Chamyanu PO  Nabahi Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP)  has taken the  loan  amounting to  Rs.  5,00000 Lac.  according to bank's terms and condition to running the  business. When complainant  visited the spot   then  he  found  that   there was no any shop  as  borrower mention  in  the agreement.  SI  Karanjeet Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST AND CHEATING

7          Case  FIR No. 181/16 dated 14/05/16  U/S 406, 420  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the  complaint of  Sh. Lalit Sharma  Bank Manager  Himahcal Gramin Bank  Sarkaghat that  Hem Raj S/O Sh. Prakash Chand  R/O  Chamyar PO  Masern   Teghsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP)  has  taken the loan amounting to Rs. 5,00,000/- according to bank's terms and condition. On  18/12/16  complainant  visited the spot and found that  no any  firm  was situated  as per  mentioned in the agreement.  ASI   Rajesh Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.   

CASE OF CHEATING  AND CRIMINAL MISAPPROPRIATION

8          Case FIR No. 182/16 dated 14/05/16  U/S 406, 420, 403, 421 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of   Sh. Lalit Sharma  Bank Manager  Himahcal Gramin Bank  Sarkaghat   that  on 06/02/2007 Tara Chand  S/O Sh. Ram Rakhamal  clouth house  upper Bazzar  Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP)   had  taken the  loan  amounting   Rs. 2,00000 Lac. for the business purpose . On 08/08/15  complainant   visited the spot  and found that no any firm  was situated  as mention in the  agreement . SI  Manmohan Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.  

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY,HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

 9         Case FIR No. 69/16 dated 14/06/16  U/S 341, 323, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint   of  Smt. Dharmi  Devi  W/O Sh. Manoj Kumar  R/O  Kafla PO Jai  Devi Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that  on 14/06/16  her  bother -in-law  Bindey Ram  obstructed her  way and  beat her hp and she sustained injuries and also threatened her with dire consequences.  ASI  Jagdish Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

 

10       Case   FIR No. 160/16 dated 14/06/16  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S  Sundernagar on the complaint  of  Sh. Ramesh Kumar  S/O Sh. Durga Ram R/O  Jangampeta  East Godabari ( Andhra Pradesh)  presently   Senior Highway   Engineer  GHV  India Gasi Nala that on  14/06/16  he was  going to  Dehabi alongwith  Sadik &  Dumnu Ram  in the  mean time  a  Car(HP31B-2151)  came  from Kangoo side and obstructed their way and beat   them up and  they sustained injuries.  ASI   Brij Lal  I/C of PP Dehar is  investigating the case.   

 

CASE OF  HURT

 

11        Case FIR No. 161/16 dated 14/06/16 U/S 325, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh.  Baldev S/O Sh. Gurdass Ram R/O  Sai PO  Jugahan  Tehsil Sundernagar District  Mandi  (HP) that on 11/06/16  he  alongwith   his father were present   in shop at  Sai,   in the mean time    Sevak Ram   came alongwith his  wife  & son  namely Sunil  Kumar   and beat him up and he sustained injuries.  SI  Manmohan Singh  I.O. of  P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

12        Case FIR No. 162/16 dated 15/06/16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sharwan Kumar S/O Sh. Budhu Ram R/O  Khurahal Tehsil Sundernagar District  Mandi(HP) that   Manghar Ram  S/O Sh. Shankar Ram  VPO  Khurahal Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP)  obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI  Jeet  Singh  I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

1.  247  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 38,900/- was recovered and 26  Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2600/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
