CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1 Case FIR No. 88/16 dated 02/06/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Smt. Kusum Lata W/O Sh. Dayalu Ram R/O Seri PO Chunahan Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that he had gone to Sikari Mata temple by vehicle (HP65-3686) and when they were returning to her home by said vehicle and reached near Jasan , in the mean time driver of said vehicle namely Manoj Kumar S/O Sh. Tawarsu Ram R/O Seri PO Chunahan lost control on said vehicle due to rash and negligent driving and fell downward from the road and 6 occupants who were boarded on said vehicle sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal No. 410 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

2 Case FIR No. 55/16 dated 01/06/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Mohar Singh I/C of PP Bali Chowki that on 01/06/16 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Garagusaini and during the course of patrolling he recovered 2000 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Kanta Devi W/O Sh. Sita Ram R/O Garagusaini Sub- Tehsil Balichoki District Mandi (HP) . ASI Mohar Singh I/C of PP Bali Chowki is investigating the case.

3 Case FIR No. 44/16 dated 02/06/16 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the written complaint of Sh. Surender Kumar S/O Sh. Jameet Singh R/O Kehlavi PO Tanoh Tehsil Bangana District Una (HP) received through Ld- JMIC Jogindernagar U/S 156(3) Cr. PC that on 15/03/16 he met with Sohan Singh S/O Sh. Gulabu R/O Badwahan PO Urla Tehsil Padhar District Mandi (HP) who told him that he is a contractor and he can provide to him labour to execute the resin work. On this Complainant Surender Kumar gave to Sohan Singh sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- as advance in lieu of to provide labour to him but said Sohan Singh deceived him by getting sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- as advance no labour war provided by him to the complainant Surender Kumar. 4 Case FIR No. 45/16 dated 02/06/16 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the written complaint of Sh. Ramesh Chand R/O Kehlavi PO Tanoh Tehsil Bangana District Una (HP) received through Ld- Court JMIC Jogindernagar that on 15/03/16 Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh. Bhoop Singh R/O Garoru PO Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) met with him and told that he is contractor and he can provide labour to him to execute the resin work. On this complainant Ramesh Chand gave him sum of Rs. 2,50,000/- in cash to provide him labour but no labour was provided to the complainant by said Sanjeev Kumar despite receiving said amount in advance. 5 Case FIR No. 81/16 dated 01/06/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Miss Kirtisha Thakur D/O Sh. Ravinder Kumar R/O Shalani PO Bhanera Tehsil Karsog District Mandi (HP) that on 01/06/16 she was playing alongwith her friend namely Tammana, Ishita, Chanchak at GSSS Karsog playground , in the mean time a Motor Cycle (HP30-3250) which was ridden by unknown rider , entered in the ground rashly and negligently and hit her and sped away from the ground. Tej Singh R/O Dadal PO Gopalpur Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that on 01/06/16 when the function is celebrating in her home , in the mean time Ashok Kumar resident of the same locality came there and attacked upon her with sharp weapon ( Darat) and also beat up her husband. Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by SI Manmohan Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat.
