CASE OF KIDNAPPING

1          Case FIR No. 173/16 dated 07/06/16 U/S 366 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  a person   R/O VPO  Dev Brarta Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that his  daughter is missing since 28/05/16  and  he suspect Praveem Kumar S/O  Om Chand Village Lukanu PO Khalrdu Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) kidnapped his daughter  with  intention to marry with her.  ASI  Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat  is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND MOLESTATION

2          Case FIR No. 99/16 dated 08/06/16 U/S  341, 354(A) , 323, 504, 34 IPC has been  registerered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint  of a person R/O  Bhatwara PO  Mohan Ghatto Tehsil  Jogindernagar   District Mandi (HP) that on 07/06/16  he was  returning back  to his home along with his wife , in the  mean time  Sansar Chand  & Purshottam Kapoor  obstructed  their  way and  beat him up and when his wife  tried to escape him  then  they outrage her modesty .  HC  Desh Raj  No. 41  I.O. of PP Ghatta is investigating the case.  

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

3          Case FIR No. 152/16 dated 07/06/16 U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh. Tej Singh   House No. 236/16 Akad Barnala  (PB) that on 07/06/16 he was   going to Rewalsar by Innova Car(PB-13AR-5356)  along with his family  and  when they reached  near Randhara, in the mean time driver namely  Dalip Singh  S/O Sh. Sadhu  Singh R/O  Mohalla Gurunanakpura District  Barnala(PB) lost control on said car due to rash and  negligent driving  and  fell down from the road  as result he   along with his family members sustained injuries.  HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 69  I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

  

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4          Case FIR No. 151/16 dated 7/6/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise  Act  has been registered in P.S. Sadar  by  ASI Hem Raj I/C PP Pandoh that on dated 7/6/16 at 4:00 PM when he was on traffic checking duty   along with other  police  officials  at Nela  and  during the  course of  checking he recovered 5 Bottles  Country  Liquor  from the  possession of  Naresh Kumar S/O Dhulo Ram village Maseran PO Majwad Teshil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI Hem Raj  I/C PP Pandoh is investigating the case.
