CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION 

1          Case FIR No. 47/16 dated 04/03/16 U/S  341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Ram  Singh S/O Sh. Jagat Ram R/O  Graman PO  Thaltukhod Tehsil Padhar Distict  Mandi (HP) that on 03/06/16  he was  going towards  Kangoo   by  vehicle (HP53A-3857) , in the mean time two  unknown persons  obstructed his way and beat him  up and  he sustained  injuries.  HC  Chaman Lal  No. 867  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ATTEMPT TO MURDER AND OBSTRUCTING WAY

 

 2         Case FIR No. 56/16 dated 03/06/16  U/S 341, 307  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut on the complaint of Sh. Rajesh Kumar S/O Late. Sh.  Gauri Dutt R/O Malhai PO  Thalout Shb-Tehsil Balichowki  District Mandi (HP) that on 03/06/16  he was present at Thalout  then he  saw  that  two  persons and a lady were quarrelling  with each other , in the mean time  one person namely Balam Chand S/O Sh. Dayal Ram R/O Nala-Ra-Gehra P.O. Dhalwan Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (H.P.)  came along with  sharp weapon ( Darat) and  attacked upon  Amit Kumar as a result   Amit Kumar sustained injuries .  Accused  has been arrested  and  he is being  produced before  Ld- Court and further investigation is being carried out by  ASI  Subhash Chand  I.O. of P.S. Aut

 

CASE OF  ROAD  ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO RASH AND NEGLIGENT  ACT

 

3          Case FIR No. 57/16 dated 04/06/16 U/S 279, 337, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Sanju Ram S/O Sh. Mohan Lal R/O  Nau Panau Sub-Tehsil  Aut  District Mandi (HP) that on 03/06/16 he alongwith  Amit , Biku  and Vinod  Kumar  were returning back to Manali by   Car( HP33D-7379) which was driven by  Vinod  Kumar   and when they reached near  Panarsa, in the mean time  driver of said vehicle lost  control on it  and  said  car  rolled down on the road as a result  they sustained injuries . Another occupants  namely  Sh.  Rahual@  Bikku  S/O  Sh.  Baldev Malhotra  R/O  House  No, 147/06  Lower Samkhetar Suhada Mohalla aged  22 years old  declared  brought dead  by   MO   Z.H. Kullu . This incident occurred  due to rash and negligent  driving   by  driver  Vinod  Kumar of said vehicle .  ASI  Hari Singh  I.O. of P.S. Aut  is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCING WAY AND HURT

 

4          Case FIR No.149/16 dated 04/06/16 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Hari Chand  R/O  Kangoo  Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP)  that on 03/06/16 Khyali   Ram  resident of same locality obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC Tek Chand No. 902  I.O. of PP  Slapper is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION 

 

5          Case FIR No. 150/16 dated 04/06/16  U/S 452, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar  on the  complaint of Smt. Nirmla  Devi W/O Sh. Babu Ram R/O  Soul PO  Batwara Tehsil Sundernagar Distrct Mandi (HP) tht on 03/06/16  Gulaba Ram, Sant Ram &  Govind  entered in her home  and beat her up.  HC Tek Chand No. 902  I.O. of PP Slapper is investigating the case.

 6         Case FIR No. 152/16 dated 04/06/16  U/S 452, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Sundernagar on the  written complaint of Smt. Bhima Devi  W/O Sh. Amarnath R/O  Sordu PO  Kangoo Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 04/06/16  Mukesh  Kumar  & Harish Kumar entered in her  courtyard  and  beat her up  and  also threatened her with dire consequences.  HC Tek Chand No. 902  I.O. of PP Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

7         Case FIR No. 160/16 dated 03/06/16  U/S  336, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Navratu Ram S/O Sh. Chuni Lal R/O  Baggi PO  Khahan Tehsil Sarkaghat Distict Mandi (HP)  presently  posted as Asstt.  Line Man  in HPSEB  Deptt.  On  03/06/16  he was  present at  Naina Devi  along with  J.E. Narender Kumar  & Asstt. Line Man  Roop Lal.    J.E. Narnder Kumar  told him   that     power  supply   of electricity  line  has been  cut   and  now   they can repair the line . On   this he climbed up the pole  and  got   huge  electric shock  due to which  he  fell down on  the ground and sustained injuries.  This  incident occurred due to  negligent act of J.E Narender Kumar  . HC  Chaman Lal  No. 28   PP of   Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

8         Case FIR No. 98/16 dated 03/06/16 U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh.  Achhar Singh S/O Sh.  Syam Singh  R/O  Dhudli Samon PO  Langna Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP)  that on 03/06/16  a    vehicle  Tavera (HP29A-8073) which was  driven  by  Narender Kumar  S/O Sh. Kesav R/O Prain PO  Langna Tehsil Jogindernagar  District  Mandi (HP),    came  rashly from  Davdehal  side and fell down  at Dhudli Samon and driver of  said vehicle  died in this mishap.  ASI Ashok Kumar  I/C of PP Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , TO MARRY AGANIN DURING LIFETIME OF WIFE  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

9          Case FIR No. 165/16 dated 03/06/16 U/S 341, 494, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Tamana D/O Sh. Lal Singh  R/O Dabrog PO   Sarkaghat  District Mandi (HP) that   she was married with  Sameer Sharma S/O Sh. Ramesh Kumar R/O Dabrog PO Sarkaghat during the year 2013.  On 03/06/16 she came to know that  her husband Sameer solemnized  marriage  with another lady namely  Dimply and they both  obstructed her way and  abused her and also threatened her with dire consequences .  ASI  Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRCY

10  Case FIR No. 166/16 dated 03/06/16 U/S 419, 420, 120(B)  IPC has been registered in P.S.   Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Nek Ram S/O Sh. Relu Ram R/O  Dharnshi PO  Sadhot Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that  during  the year  1987  he    was in aboard  &  his brother  Dharam Chand  sold   his land  and  Chuni Lal & Inder Singh signed the fake  identity of  complainant    and ASI Trilok  is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

11        Case FIR No. 167/16 dated 04/06/16 U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Miss  Pooja D/O Sh. Birender Singh  R/O  Darkohal PO  Baldwara District Mandi (HP) that  on 03/06/16  she was  going to her home alongwith   grandfather  and when they reached near Karni, in the mean time a  Scooty ( HP31A-8590) came rashly from  Ghumarwin side and  hit  both of  them and they sustained injuries.  HC  Prem Singh No. 75  I.O. of PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

12          182  Vehicles were  challaned  under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 30,600/- was recovered  and  22 challans  were  issued under COTPA  Act  and fine of Rs. 2400/- was recovered   and 8   challan were  issued  under  Mining Act and  fine of Rs. 14000/- was  recovered during last 24 hours.
