Roshni Devi W/O Jashwant singh village Noonu PO Ropri Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that on dated 12/6/16 time about 7.30 when she was present in her house in the mean time Inder singh S/O Ludar singh resident of same locality entered in her courtyard and beaten her up and abused her . SI Manmohan Sinh I/O PS Sarkaght is investigating the case.

Hamid Khan S/O Bali Mohd R/O Biru PO and Tehsil Ladbharol Distt Mandi HP that Nasira Bibi W/O Sadik khan , Sadik Khan S/O Fazaldinn R/O Biru PO & Tehsil Ladbharol Distt Mandi (HP) beat him up and he sustained injuries. 5 Case FIR No. 103/16 dated 12/06/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by SI Kuldeep Singh I/C of PP Ghatta that on 12/06/16 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Matroo Chowk and during the course of patrolling he recovered 9 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Yash Pal Dhawan S/O Sant Ram Dhawan R/O VPO Matroo Teh Jogindernagar Distt Mandi(HP) . SI Kuldeep I/C of PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

6 Case FIR No. 104/16 dated 12/06/16 U/S 279, 429 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ashwani Kumar S/O Sh. Satpal Sharma R/O Simas Tehsil Lad-Bharol District Mandi (HP) that on 12/06/16 a Car(HP22E-7123) came rashly and hit his pet dog and sped away from the spot . HC Mangat Ram I.O. of PP Lad-Bharol is investigating the case.

7 Case FIR No. 55/16 dated 12/06/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been rergistered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Bidhi Chand R/O Kanaid PO & Tehsil Sandhole District Mandi (HP) that when he alongwith Raj Kumar & Praveen Kumar were going to home by Jeep (HP28A-2806) which was driven by Praveen Kumar and when they reached near Lahasni Nalahin the mean time driver of said vehicle lost the control said Jeep and fell down 60-70 Feet downward from the road and they sustained injuries. ASI Manohar Lal I.O. of P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case.
CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT , HURT AND INTIMIDATION
8 Case FIR No.177/16 dated 12/06/16 U/S 353, 332, 504, 189 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by HHC Vijay Kumar No. 380 that on 12/06/16 he was on duty along with ASI Rajesh Kumar on PC complaint of Smt. Kanta Devi and during the duty second party Mr. Praveen Kumar & his mother Smt. Sarla Devi obstructed him to discharge his duty and abused them . SI Sandeep Choudhary SHO of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

250 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 38,400/- was recovered and 43Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 4300/- was recovered and 3 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 21000 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
