CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

1          Case FIR No. 46/16 dated   02/06/16 U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by  ASI  Joginder Singh  I.O. of P.S.  Padhar  that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at   Gardkohal and during the course of patrolling he recovered   5000 ML  illicit liquor  from the possession of   Smt. Govanti Devi W/O Sh. Sant Ram  R/O  Gardkohal PO Kunnu  Tehsil Padhar  District Mandi (HP) .  ASI  Joginder Singh  I.O. of  P.S. Padhar is  investigating the case.   

 

CASE OF SUICIDE

 

2         Case FIR No. 67/16 dated 02/06/16 U/S  306 , 34 IPC has been registered in  P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar on the  complaint of Sh. Relu  Ram S/O Sh. Lachhu Ram  R/O  Syanji  Kothi PO    Jai  Devi  Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on    31/05/16  Kaku   S/O Sh. Raju  R/O House  No.  Hawana  PO  Jai Devi & Manoj  S/O Sh. Dahlu Ram  R/O  Panyas  PO  Galu Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP)  quarreled  with his son  as  a result his  son committed  suicide  by hanging .     Insp.  Sanjeev Kumar   SHO of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar   is investigating the case.  

 

CASE OF GAMBLING ACT

 

3            Case FIR No. 164/16 dated 02/06/16  U/S   13 of  Gambling Act  has  been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat  by ASI  Naresh Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat  that  on 02/06/16  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at  Sarkaghat   and during the  course of patrolling  he recovered  Rs.  200/-  along with  playing card  from the  possession of  Jagat  Ram , Kamlesh Kumar, Balwant Singh  &  Shyam Lal. ASI  Naresh Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat  is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF CRUELTY  BY HUSBAND &  HUSBAND'S RELATIVE  AND  SUICIDE

 

4          Case FIR No. 159/16 dated 02/06/16  U/S 498(A) , 306, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.   Balh on the complaint of Sh. Nika Ram S/O Sh. Sihanu Ram  R/O  Bhatehar PO  Barmana Tehsil  Sadar Distrct  Bilaspur (HP) that  his  daughter  namely  Sapna  was married with  Bhup Singh S/O Sh. Fagnu Ram R/O  Luhakhar (Kapahi) Tehsil Balh  District Mandi (HP)  . But  after some time of marriage  her husband,  brother-in-law namely  Khajana Ram, sister-in-law namely  Radha Devi  started to harass her physical  & mentally  by demanding  dowry . On 02/06/16  her daughter  committed the suicide by hanging  due to regular harassment .  ASI   Bodh  Raj  I/C of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.  

 

CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

 

5          Case FIR No. 157/16 dated 02/06/16 U/S 279, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Lekh Ram S/O Sh. Laxman R/O  Rau PO  Dayagi Tehsil  Balh District Mandi (HP)  that  on 02/06/16  at   about 8:30 AM  he  along with  Narayan Singh  were  present at Pali Bridge  , in the mean time they heard  the loud noise and   rushed  towards the spot  and  found  that a Tractor  was  felling downward from  road  and driver of  said tractor namely Ram Singh  @ Dumani Singh  S/O  Harju Ram R/O  Rao Pali  PO Dyargi Tehsil Balh  sustained injuries   and he    was  carrying   to CHC Sundernagar  where    M.O. CHC Sundernagar   referred  him  to  Zonal  hospital  Mandi   for  treatment   and    said driver died   on  the way to  Zonal  Hopital Mandi .   ASI  Khali Ahmad I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.

 

CHALLANS

 

1.  252  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 41,700/- was recovered and 12 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1200/-was during last 24 hours.
