CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No. 82/16 dated 06/06/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Lom  Ram S/O Sh. Shiva Ram VPO  Teban Tehsil Karsog  District Mandi (HP) that on 05/06/16  at about 7 PM when he  was present at home,  he saw that   a Jeep(HP62A-2808)  which was  driven  by  Dakam Chand S/O Hamir Chand  R/O  Teban PO  Teban District Mandi (HP)  , came rashly from  Kaidhar towards Teban  and when they reached near Kaidhar, in the  mean time  driver of said Jeep lost control on said vehicle and fell down from the road as a result    said  driver  and another  occupant namely  Hamir Chand  resident of same locality  also  sustained injuries.  ASI  Amar Singh  I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2          Case FIR No. 171/16 dated 06/06/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat  by  SI  Ashwani Kumar I/C of PP Hatli that on 05/06/16   he was on patrolling along with other police officials at  Bhambla and during the  course of  patrolling he recovered  12  Bottles of  Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Parkash Chand  S/O Sh. Prem Singh  R/O Bhambla  P.O. Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP).  SI  Ashwani I/C of PP Hatli is investigating the case.  

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS & MISCHIEF

 

3          Case FIR No. 153/16 dated 06/06/16 U/S 447, 427 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Savitri Sharma W/O  Late. Sh. Shankar Dass Sharma R/O Chanol PO  Taleli Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 03/06/16  vice- pradhan of  Gram Panchyat Chanol entered in her  land and   damaged the   grass .  ASI  Brij Lal  I/C of PP Dehar is  investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4          Case FIR No. 154/16 dated 06/06/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the  complaint of Sh. Shyam Lal S/O Sh.  Kripa Ram R/O  Slapper PO  Sudahan Tehsil Sundernagar District  Mandi (HP) that  today   a  Tata Sumo(HP02K-0271) came rashly  and negligently  from slapper side and  hit  his Car(HP31C-1091) .  HC Tek Chand  No. 902  I.O. of PP Slapper is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1.  136 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 15000/- was recovered and 07 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered recovered    during last 24 hours.
